"Everything about this hotel is mostly basic. The location is fine for walking around town and parking is easy. The rooms are musty smelling and stuffy. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. Breakfast is a good value at 7.50 euros for continental or 15 euros for a full Irish. The woman who seats you is very efficient and accommodating. I think the staff does the best they can with what they have. I appreciated there being conditioner and a shower cap as well as shampoo and shower gel. The shower is very tiny. The light switches are complicated."

"The location for Dingle is wonderful. The parking area is tucked behind the hotel and we missed the turn to get to the parking lot the first time. There are not a lot of spaces for parking. We struggled for a minute to find what door to use to get into the hotel. There is no elevator and there is no coffee/tea maker in the room. While the rooms are very clean and very well furbished, you will hear every door close down the hall. Overall we did enjoy this hotel stay very much, I just wish there had been a coffee maker in the room."

"The main focus is on the hotel staff who were amazing, so helpful and friendly and made us feel at home. Fantastic views of the bay from our room (see pics) and the restaurant. The location is a 15 minute walk from Dick Mack's pub, 10 to the harbour and easy to drive to the coast road or Connor Pass. Breakfast was plentiful and superbly cooked, the bar meals were good but if you want a treat then the main restaurant serves some excellent dishes. The swimming pool is great, the gym was a little busy for my liking but a good provision. Thank you for making us so welcome."

"All was good except the room size. We had a Deluxe Double room which is so small that there wasn't any reasonable space for our two carry-on suitcases - the only suitcases we had. We had to put one under the small desk and one in the corner of the bed and window. With the suitcase being closed, it partially blocked the already narrow path to the other side of the bed. It was quite an inconvenience. To be fair, the hotel's listing provides information of the room size. But it still surprised me that the design of a hotel room didn't put luggage space into consideration at all. The hotel is new so things are new and clean. It's in the center of the town, very close to a free public car park and a grocery store. "
