"We stayed in the 3rd floor premium room. The apartment was very nice, balcony gave a nice view over the surrounding buildings with a little peek at the bay and the hills to the south east of the island, it was a nice area to stay in (close to the centre of town but in a fairly quiet area). There was enough air conditioning units throughout the apartment to keep the place cool in the summer heat. Kitchen/living room was lovely, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, but unfortunately there was a piece of the ceiling peeling off above the bed which flaked off on us throughout the stay.
The check in process was stressful. Upon booking, we were sent a link which we needed to input a confirmation code to allow us to get our code for the lock box. We were not sent a verification code to do this, and I was unable to get a hold of the apartment management to get this code, so had to spend a fair amount of time on the phone with Hotels.com to get this (I will say that I left this until the few days before we flew out and I could have done it earlier, but regardless, I feel that comms from management wasn’t great). Once completed, I was not sent the check in code, which meant I had to contact management repeatedly, and I still did not have this code until I was physically outside the apartment, despite them saying they had received my confirmation and that they would send the check in code promptly. I eventually got the code and the stay from then was pleasant. Better comms needed."
