  • Townhouse at Canyon Tree (formerly named Eagle's Ledge) is a stunning 1,812 sq. foot home boasting 4 bedrooms (with the 4th bedroom as an unenclosed loft) that overlooks the neighborhood pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts. This luxury villa is tastefully furnished with all the upgrades you could desire, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The spacious floor plan provides quiet and private bedrooms.

    Whether you're seeking relaxation or planning to enjoy the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in the family room.

    The Ledges of St. George is the ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. The property was amazing, loved our stayed there! The house was well distributed and we didn’t feel crammed up. The property management company was great to responde with a few unexpected things that happened. Great place to stay

This property was great to stay at! It was well taken care of and the property manager got right back to me when we had questions! Our house was right outside the pool, which was perfect to keep an eye on the kids swimming!! The only thing I noticed with cleanliness was hair still on the floor behind the door in the bathroom!

Very clean & that is one of the most important things to me. I think the had one restaurant, but the town of St George was not that far away & had a lot of good restaurants. I would highly recommend “The Ledges”. The cost was reasonable. We split the cost with the other couple. We did not cook there, but the kitchen was well supplied. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. Enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoy Pickleball & there were two courts close by. The pool are was very clean & nice. I really can’t think of anything negative to say. I would give 5 stars out of 5. Customer Service was great as well.

We loved this place - the townhome was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It’s tucked away north of St. George with beautiful views, yet less than 10 minutes to any grocery stores or restaurants. Pool and pickleball courts were a big winner with the kids!
