Come enjoy a little bit of paradise! Green Valley Retreat at Las Palmas is completely renovated, with brand new wood flooring, new beds and decor. This condo is located in the beautiful, All-Inclusive Las Palmas Luxury Resort. Enjoy more amenities than you could think of, right in the center of The Resort. Multiple pools to choose from, including a wading pool for the kids, a splash pad, and two hot tubs. You will have views of the beautiful red-rock mountains and remarkable landscape, that will make you want to keep coming back year after year!

This newly renovated 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo can comfortably accommodate and sleep up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a 32" HD Smart Tv and direct balcony access. There is also a queen-size bed in the beautiful second bedroom, and in the third bedroom, you will find 2 full-queen bunk beds with brand new organic mattresses and a 32" HD Smart Tv. There is also a queen air mattress available for extra sleeping arrangements. This home is beautifully decorated, with brand new wood flooring throughout.

Also included are FREE passes to the Green Valley Resort! This gives you access to the: Indoor Swimming Pool, Olympic Lap Pool, Kiddy Pool (all of which are heated), 2 Indoor Hot Tubs, 2 Outdoor Tennis Courts/ pickleball court, Pickle Ball, Basketball, Ping Pong Table and a Giant Chess Board! This is an excellent condo. It was very clean, great comfortable beds and we loved the access to all the green valley pools. Response time for a couple questions was quick and efficient. We would recommend it and would certainly stay there again!

We stayed at Red’s For our week long family vacation. The pool and amenities were a fabulous benefit to cool off and enjoy. Shopping and dining was close by as well. It’s a great location to go and see the national parks for the day then come home and relax.

We loved the condo that we stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pools and other activities. We have stayed in other Red Sands condos before and we will be back! We love St. George and we will be using Red Sands again!

Place was just as listed. We contacted the rental company about a few things and they were quick and responsive and so very helpful! It was exactly what we needed for our stay in St. George.

This was a great property. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bunk beds were great for the kids. The only issue was the TV—we couldn’t connect to DirectTV. In the end, it wasn’t a big deal, we just streamed some shows.

Property is in a perfect location for views and accessibility to St George sites. WiFi was slow at best and often non- functioning and TV use is limited to DVDs or your own subscriptions. If you don’t need the internet to work or study - and if the playoffs aren’t on TV, then this is the perfect property.

This property is in a good location. We enjoyed the many pools and other amenities. The home is nice. There are a few things that could be updated/fixed but we all thought it was nice for the price. The WiFi didn’t work for our entire stay, but they sent someone out and did make an effort to fix it.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this resort. We always enjoy the water slides and multiple swimming pools and hot tubs, pickle ball, basketball, etc. We love having our own kitchen and family games and movies and being close to great National and State Parks. Something for everyone! The property management was helpful and prompt with all of our questions and concerns. Thank you for another great family vacation full of fun memories!

The property owners asked that we leave our shoes at the door, which was fine, but the floor was very uneven and was uncomfortable to walk on. They had nice decor, but made it really not child safe. I was not comfortable in such a nicely decorated establishment with my 12,10,3 yr old grandchildren. We did not use anything in the kitchen, because it was all very breakable.

We love this unit; however, it still needs some TLC. The shower heads in both bathrooms pound the water down in a single stream (a rain shower head is quite affordable) and the deck has 2 definite sunken soft spots. Thank you though for replacing the dishwasher and fixing the bathroom fan and the continuous running water in the toilet. Also the TV channels are fantastic. I would like to say that the service for any request we have made ie empty propane tank has been quick. A much better accommodation than last year.

The condo provided plenty of space for our small family and plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies (we ate in most meals due to Covid-19, so the kitchen was evenmore importantthan usual!). That said, the knives are incredibly dull, so you may want to bring your own along if you plan to cook much. As some others have mentioned, the master bedroom really needs some drapes that are in good repair and block the light better. The outdoor hot tubs were perfectly hot and there were times when the indoor pool was empty enough that we felt comfortable going (unfortunately no reservation system- so you had to walk by and decide).

We really enjoyed this unit, the rooms We're well appointed and roomy. Our kids were comfortable and everything was clean. Basic amenities and comforts but again all clean. The southwest theme was nice and helped have a vacation feel. The only items of real need of improvement were you absolutely need to fix (replace) the blinds in the master bedroom, it really is a It's for maximum privacy especially at night. The items are the shower head fixtures are both in need of replacement. Also the cable was spotty and would work most of the time but at times it would freeze or not work. The TVs could use an update as well Getting a little dated. But again, very much enjoyed our stay!!!

The only thing beautiful was the view from the patio but we couldn't really enjoy because the rail was to lose to have my toddler out. Also the two bathroom shower upwind shot out water really hard that's it was hard to get my little ones to take a shower even for an adult it was bad. The kitchen had a stong smell once we walked in our first day. This unit need to to be improved. If you have kids consider another room. Now I know for next time what questions to ask for our next stay and won't get this room again.

The view from the balcony made the stay great. However there were some issues with the Condo. Sliding door to balcony almost impossible to open, so we had to use the door from the master bedroom. The DVD player in the living room gave a red screen, until we unplugged one of the cords which then made the screen green. Definitely not wired right. Very limited resources for cooking and no good scrubbing sponge for doing dishes. Shower heads were very bad. But the view and the bed was great.
