They are conveniently located on the hilltop off Dixie Rd and next to one of Southern Utah’s most extensive BLM land full of ATVs, mountain biking, and hiking trails. This home features four bedrooms with lots of common areas and extra space. The decor and furnishings were well thought out and created a fun atmosphere. There is a two-car garage and driveway parking, and limited additional parking stalls are available. Trailers are not allowed on the property; trailers must be parked in the bottom area by the pickleball courts.
