Spacious and Relaxing Retreat

We had a wonderful time at this rental. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our group of 10. We love the location and beautiful serene surroundings. Having so many amenities close by was great as well. We frequented the pool, golf and pickle ball courses.

Great property for our 3 families to get together with our young children! It was exactly as advertised, great community and pools. We were able to cook as we needed. Lots of space for everyone and great community space (the table was much bigger than I had thought from the photos). Would absolutely stay again, great communication from the manager.

Great Place to stay!

This condo is located in a very cool condo complex, we had two pools within two blocks of our condo. It was quiet and very well-kept. The condo itself was decorated very nicely and was extremely clean. Very welcoming and great communication with the property management company. We are trying to figure out when we can get back there again, we had so much fun exploring Bryce Canyon and Zion. I would recommend this to anyone exploring the national parks, great place to stay!

Getaway

Our stay was great! It was clean, roomy, well stocked and lovely. Our only complaint was that there were a lot of rattles in the wind at night. To be fair, it was really really windy… but the rattles seemed to start on the roof and go down through the middle of the house. It was particularly prominent in the master bathroom. That said, we slept great on the other nights!

Overall a good stay!

It was overall a good time and a good stay. The place was really nicely decorated, the drive into town was gorgeous and the pool was great. The driveway and garage are SUPER small. So if you are going to have multiple vehicles, you will have to find visitor parking and walk but we were lucky enough to find parking each day that wasn’t too far of a walk. Also the vacuum was completely packed with hair and wasn’t picking up anything so we actually had to clean it out during our stay which was pretty yucky. But other than that, it was just fine!

We didn’t have a can opener (not even a hand held one) or a blender. 2 items needed and should be included in the rental. Also, the listing of amenities stated a drip coffee maker, which we had, but there was also a keurig which we would have really liked to have known about!

Perfect stay in St. George

We had a great stay at the Ledges! There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids enjoyed having their own private area to spend some time. We were so close to Snow Canyon and right off of a biking/walking trail. The pool and pickle ball were hard to beat too!

Family fun trip

It was a really convenient location to both pools. The home worked perfectly for the family hang out and enjoy. Had all the items we needed to prepare meals. Even had some snacks for the kids.

Thanksgiving Retreat

We loved staying in this house. A beautiful location, a short drive to Zion. The number of bedrooms drew us in as we are a big family and don't want to share rooms anymore. The fire pit and the grill were also a huge draw, as we like to cook and hang out. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and drinkware, well enough stocked that we made the thanksgiving dinner and didn't need to purchase a single thing. The only issue we had was with the internet on the main TV in the living room, but when we called the host for help, they were able to get it fixed almost immediately. I would greatly recommend this space for any family looking to get away!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it went well! Well appointed kitchen with lots of extras. Bikes are a nice touch. I it was nice to have laundry and dishwasher pods for the week. We never had hot water in the kitchen sink. We came back from a long day of hiking at Zion around 9:30pm and had to take cold showers. Maintenance came the next morning and relit the pilot. Overall cleanliness was good until we had to remove couch cushions and pull it out to look for something. Had not been vacuumed or cleaned. Lots of popcorn and a kids toy.
