This beautifully updated Las Palmas condo is designed to feel just like home—comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located for relaxing or exploring Southern Utah.

Living Space
The open living area features new laminate flooring throughout, comfy couches with built-in recliners, and a cozy fireplace—perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking, swimming, or sightseeing. Large windows bring in natural light, creating a bright and inviting space to relax together.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home, from quick breakfasts to full dinners. Whether you’re staying a weekend or a week, you’ll find the kitchen well equipped and easy to use.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The condo offers two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms:

Primary Bedroom: Features a king-size bed with comfortable linens and a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. A quiet, relaxing space to recharge.

Second Bedroom: Includes a queen-size bed with quality bedding and easy access to the second full bathroom.

Additional Sleeping Option: A fold-out memory foam mattress is available, ideal for a child or teen.

Outdoor Living
Step out onto the large, covered east-facing balcony, furnished with new outdoor furniture. The balcony stays mostly shaded throughout the day, making it a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. A BBQ grill is available for easy outdoor meals.

Resort Amenities & Location
The condo is located on the second floor and is just a short walk to five swimming pools and the clubhouse, which offers pickleball, ping pong, pool tables, and more. You’re within 30 minutes of multiple reservoirs, hiking trails, and outdoor recreation, and approximately 1 hour from Zion National Park. There are so many great restaurants, cafes and local bars in the area you've got to explore all that St George has to offer!

We always stay at Las Palmas when we come to St. George for the Huntsman Senior Games .We have stayed in multiple units, and we’re so happy to see this unit show up again on VRBO, after not being able to find it after a great stay 2 years ago(change of ownership) This is a corner unit and the balcony is a wonderful space to watch the sun rise over the mesa. The unit is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with all of the appliances and utensils youll need to make meals. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, and the host is very responsive to any needs or questions. Hoping to stay here again next year.

Very nice place to stay

We have stayed at this property in the past, and enjoy it very much. It is clean, comfortable, close to shopping, historic sites, and trails. We love the deck and spent evenings there enjoying the views/sunsets. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Winter Getaway

Great place for longer visits

The condo was comfortable and quiet and in a good location for the Huntsman Senior Games. The bathrooms are nicely updated and the beds are comfy. The outdoor space is very nice with good seating and a beautiful view.

Pleasant Getaway

Lovely property in a very quiet area. Host was super communicative and made the check-in process really simple. There were tons of amenities available, and the kitchen had everything I could need. Internet was fast and there was an Ethernet port available to plug in an Xbox. Outside deck offered great bored and just enough privacy. Great property! I’ll consider it again for the next trip in St George.

Great place!

Loved this place! Great view from inside through the big sliding glass doors or from out on the private balcony. Extremely comfortable beds. Very clear instructions for our stay. Easy short wallk for access to pools/hottub. Had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again.

Close to biking

Emily was very responsive with any problem. Close to biking. Upstairs guests were incredibly loud, but that isn’t the hosts fault. Just luck of the draw. Overall it was a good stay.

Las Palmas condo was as expected

We were there in October, a great time to visit Utah. The location in St George was very convenient. Comfy seating and lovely views from the patio. Condo was clean, nicely furnished, and stocked with kitchen essentials. Didn’t seem “recently renovated”, but still a nice place. Landscaping was well attended, however the “waterfall” pool was closed, and the “family” pool had too many broken chairs & loungers. Great stay & host answered all questions promptly.

Enjoyable stay

The condo was perfect for us and was exactly as it was represented. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. Emily responded to my questions very quickly and was very accommodating. There are also nice amenities at Las Palmas Resort and a great location to explore several National Parks.

**Excellent Property**

We stayed here for 7 days with friends of ours who had never been to Utah. We vacation with them at least once a year and have rented other properties before and this was by far the nicest and cleanest property we have rented. It was very convenient to Zion NP and Bryce Canyon. There is a well stocked kitchen with most everything you would need to prepare a meal. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. The views from the patio were beautiful. I had to contact the property owner for an issue that came up with the unit above us and she was very responsive and did everything she could to try and get the issue taken care of. Even though she had no control over the issue, she still compensated us for the inconvenience. The only negative for us was that the bathtub in the main bathroom was pretty slippery getting in and out so we had to be careful and the latch on the main patio door locked when my husband went outside and shut the door. We ended up just not closing the door all the way if all 4 of went outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Great patio and view

Always enjoy Las Palmas, but this was our first time staying in this particular condo and we loved it. Quiet location with a great patio, view, and barbecue. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities and cable had all the baseball playoff channels, which was important to us. Beds were very comfortable, although a bit on the high side. I only mention that as we were there for the Huntsman Senior Games and the height could be an issue for someone elderly or whose mobility is limited. Would definitely stay there again.
