"Service was outstanding! Every member of the staff that we came into contact with was extremely friendly, helpful, and sincere. We were greeted every morning by management (and the absolute sweetest little cat, Silver) at breakfast who were interested in not only how our stay was but also what we enjoyed the evening before (restaurants on the island as per recommendation). Would ABSOLUTELY go back! "

"Room was spacious and well appointed, exceeding my expectations by a wide margin. Grounds were clean, well kept, and chock full of fun activities to take up the day however I saw fit. Finally and best, the staff was warm, friendly, and took the time to get to know me, alway ready to greet me with my favorite drink or activity. A particularly special shout out to my friends down at the water sports area, rum shop, and dodgy dock, who really went out of the way to make my stay memorable. "

"The room was amazing, the staff service was amazing, food was good at the buffet and Italian restaurant. I would just say the swim up pools as I stayed in 20-102 could use a heater as the sun does not heat the pool like the two big main ones. But then again I came in January so summertime maybe different. "

"We had a fabulous time at Mt. Cinnamon Resort! The beach is not only spotless but stunning and most relaxing! The water is a true turquoise/teal color - a dream!!! We loved the walk to the beach and up the hill to our villa (exercise during the day!), but for those not interested/able, there is a hotel shuttle up the hill. We loved our comfortable villa with a spectacular view. Special thanks to Laura and Joshua, and the rest of the staff for making our stay comfortable. We took an island tour with a great tour guide Chris and snorkeling tour with the best boat captain Francesco (SurfinGredana, inc) and truly had the best time!!! Thank you and we are looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the island and water activities!"
