Spacious new villa in Grenada with amazing views and a pool

Villa Lugar Feliz translates to happy place, which is exactly what our home provides. A happy place to enjoy spectacular views of the bay, appealing to adults groups and families alike.

A spacious modern kitchen, dining area. AC and fans in the downstairs area, and 4 bedrooms. A smart TV and high speed internet amongst many of the amenities.

Walking distance to Le Phare Village (a local marina with a coffee shop, mini market and restaurant)

The space
Our home is an open plan and really spacious with the most amazing views of the bay.

On the ground floor is an open kitchen with a gas stove, fridge, blender, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen.

The dining area and living room are open, spacious and comfortable and there are 2 ceiling fans and ac in the downstairs area.

The ground floor opens out onto a patio, with a pool that overlooks the bay, with comfy seating and dining table/chairs. 2 sets of huge double doors open from the house to the patio area allowing an amazing breeze to flow through. There is a gas bbq on the patio.

Upstairs we have 4 bedrooms, each one with ac, blackout curtains and en-suite bathrooms. There is also a really large balcony with seating, which can be accessed by double doors from the master, or from the hallway.

There are 110v and 220v outlets/plugs throughout the house.

A washer/dryer is also available for use in the garage.

We just know you will love this space, just as much as we do.

We have a house manager / concierge who lives locally. He is a wealth of knowledge on the island and can work with you to arrange tours, transport, groceries, whatever you need to make your trip spectacular.

Our rates include an airport pickup and drop off (for the main/reserving party) with a meet and greet at the home, also a checkout when it’s time to say farewell.

Incredible Stay with Endless Views and Amenities

Thank you so much - Gorgeous house, great for large groups and tons of amenities, plus the pool is amazing. Our property owner and also the property manager were both incredible. Absolutely anything we needed was taken care of & always very quick to respond. Best place to stay in Grenada! We do a ton of around the world trips and this place is the best!

Nice but could be much better

Shawne was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Much of my issues revolve around the accuracy of the listing. I don’t think this is a new villa. Kitchen is old and pool has signs of age. I was anticipating a fitness center (listed) and found an old Wooden bench in the garage with a few kettle bells and dumbbells mixed in with a bunch of junk. The fitness centre was one of the deciding factors in our house selection as we like to stay fit when away) The pool was nice but a lot of grout was missing (as well as a few tiles) and there was a mold issue in the grout. One of the upstairs toilets has a slow leak resulting in the smell of urine. The outdoor furniture was quite cheap and one of the loungers had to be leaned up against a wall to keep the back up. We had a flood in the kitchen after a really bad rain storm ( I don’t think this is typical) however Shawne was awesome at cleaning up the mess. We have stayed in numerous high end rentals before and typically find a bottle of wine, chocolates or some other token of appreciation when we arrive. Certainly not mandatory or to be expected but a nice touch when it occurrs. The location is good for getting around and sitting out soaking up the sun. Bedrooms were very clean. Kitchen was clean but cabinets were old, worn and pretty flimsy. All in all a pretty good place but not nearly as nice as advertised. Jim

Great house. Plenty of room for 8 adults. every couple loved having their own bathroom. We only had issues with the dishwasher. Shawne, the house manager, is great. He answered any questions we had very quickly. Very helpful.

Holiday

Wonderful house, beautiful view & location. The house was everything we were hoping for. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking family meals. Large family area and a patio we could enjoy family time. The boy enjoyed the pool daily. Shawn was very helpful which was an additional benefit to the house.

Loved this villa in Egmont!

I am a student at SGU and my family was visiting for my birthday weekend. We loved the villa because it was about a 15-minute drive from the school. The villa comfortably fit my family with a bathroom in each bedroom and a well-kept living room and kitchen. We could cook for ourselves and enjoy each other's company outside by the pool and in the living room. Any concerns we had were met promptly. The views especially during sunrise and sunset were beautiful with the infinity pool. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent this villa!

Beautiful stay

The home is beautiful and the owners and onsite manager Shawne are very responsive. Shawne met us at the airport to make sure we got to the house smoothly, and responded quickly to any communication or requests I sent during the week. The house is really clean, beds very comfortable, and all the kitchen basics are supplied. There's even shower supplies! Beyond these basics, the view is gorgeous and it's just a great place to hang out. Le Phare Bleu is down the street, walkable or a quick drive, with restaurant, kayaks to rent etc. Otherwise, you need to drive about 15-20 minutes to town or other places to eat, visit.
