Very nice hotel, nice room but every time the toilet was flushed it made a horrendous noise until the system filled up and the room had the smallest tv I've ever seen in a hotel plus hardly any of the channels worked apart from those a very nice hotel
Handy for the town centre. A bit dated inside but the room was comfortable & clean & the breakfast was good..

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Clean, friendly reception staff but hotel dated, clearly aimed at older generation. Breakfast -buffet very basic, no catering for dietary needs, had to request non dairy milk several times. Slow service at breakfast & both continental & cooked options were disappointing. Tea & coffee in room, no shower gels/shampoo/had to purchase if required. Wouldn’t use again.

Really nice, helpfull, situated and clean. But......
A small but. You've gone back in time here and most of the patrons are from the same era.
Would still go back though.
We had a wonderful stay at Norfolk Hotel! It was very clean and cozy and the staff were very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend it and plan to stay there again for our next visit to St Helier.
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful
Service for breakfast and dinner was very good.
Hotel was comfortable and clean. Spacious room.
Easy 10-15 minute walk from St Helier bus station. (Bus stop right outside front door - I didn't use but goes to bus station for other connections.)
The hotel is quite dated in decor and facilities. Our bathroom contained high sided bath with shower in - ok if you are physically able to get into it. Also there wasn't a blind on the bathroom window which meant it was very hot due to the sun blasting in through it for most of the day.
No modcons like Aircon - just windows and the hope of a breeze when the weather is very warm.
The breakfast and dinner are simple, limited variety. However the food we had was very good.
Rooms were a little bit tired. Shower was not the best, very slow and difficult to adjust.
Staff were fantastic, very welcoming.

The hotel was clean, room was comfortable, staff were polite and it was good value for money. However it was really dated - the hotel, room and breakfast all felt we were back in the 1970s.
The hotel has a great location being very close to the centre where the shops and restaurants are locate.
The hotel beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The staff goes out of their way to make the stay pleasant.
I would stay here again when I am in Jersey.
It’s a good hotel some of the room facilities are pretty basic. It is dated in areas having said that for a short stay it is good value and well positioned to visit Sy Helier easily walking
Close to town, friendly staff, clean and comfy room. The breakfast was nice but the cooked breakfast was not self- service. Around the hotel there were plenty of seating areas. Some form of entertainment was held each evening. Although there was a lift to the upper floors, there were however a lot of stairs. The adjoining wall was paper thin or we just had a very loud neighbour.
Nice hotel with simple rooms, well located for those who will be using the excellent public transportation system to get around. Very nice breakfast was included. You have to leave your room key with the front desk when you go out, which I thought was a bit weird, but otherwise ok.
