Great location with many transport, restaurants, and easy walking options nearby. Comfortable walking distance to/from the Ferry and Bus Terminals (1.5km and 1.0km respectively). Helpful staff. Good breakfast options

This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. This one in St Helier however was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. It was very clean and airy, the young staff were exceptionally helpful and very nice. The breakfast was well cooked. Shower heat was easy to control. It was everything we wanted for a long weekend.The only slight negative from my point of view was the bath, it was a bit shallow for my tastes as I like a good wallow.

If you don’t have a car it’s less than 3/4 mile to the bus station. If you willing to walk that and take the bus from the airport it would save you 21 pound each way. Taxi cost 24.50 to hotel from airport, bus 2.75 airport to the bus station. You can’t seem to get taxi company to pick you up at the hotel, at the station you can’t get them to pick you up to go to the hotel. On line or on the phone they don’t seem interested

I wasn’t super impressed with this hotel. The first room I was given had a horrible chemical smell coming from the bathroom. I turned on the fan full throttle, but it didn’t clear if even after running all night. I let the front desk person know in the morning before I left for the day. When I returned, they moved me to a different room because they hadn’t been able to get the engineer to come to their location despite having 8 hours to do so. The sink drain holes in both rooms were blocked so water filled up to the overflow in the sink while I was washing my face or hands. I signed up to have breakfast included in my room fee - it was cheap, but you get what you pay for. Food was meh and they didn’t have allergens clearly marked - you had to go ask for the binder that was behind the front desk.

We were delighted with the complimentary room upgrade. The larger room with the double bed and two single beds made our six-night family stay so much more comfortable. Thank you to the team for making our holiday extra special!
