Great family trip

The location is perfect for outlr family visit. The condo was so spacious and gave us the room we needed. Loved all the amenities. Maria was wonderful answering questions before our arrival.

Clean, spacious condo in a perfect location

The condo was perfectly situated for our stay, with a family of four. The condo was clean, and check in process was simple. Maria was very quick to respond and communicative when we needed somthing. Overall a great value and great stay.

Great stay!

Although the weather put a damper on our plans the condo and pool definitely made it better! Condo was clean! Beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed for a larger family. The pool was great for us during the breaks in the rain.

Very clean and amazing communication!

The property was accurately shown in all pictures, it was very clean, and incredibly easy to access thanks to María! She was very helpful in answering my questions and responding quickly. I highly recommended staying in this condo!

St James Condo

Our family thought the condo was very well appointed with all necessities and very clean. The location was so convenient to our home and to beach and grocery stores. We would definitely rent the condo again. I was able to talk with the owner who lives in St James and she was helpful with questions before family arrived.

Nice condo for our family

This was a comfortable and clean condo for our family of 4 for a three-night stay. We have two teenage daughters, so it was nice that they each had a bed and we were just a short walk to the pool. We’d stay here again!

Walk to the pool and an in-law suite!!

We had a great stay. The family enjoyed the pool and went to the beach. The condo is still convenient enough to Wilmington that I went in town for work each day. The kids had an entire space to themselves and we loved the screened in deck.

Amazing and comfy

We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed the accommodation! The beds are comfy, and you do not need to really bring much with you. Maria is really great to deal with and makes things super easy!
