"Steps away from the Keller, this hotel is the perfect destination when going to the theater or just visiting Portland. The check-in staff was incredibly friendly as was the Barista in the coffee shop. The Rooftop Bar is a perfect place to unwind with a nightcap and some snacks. The only downside at the Rooftop was that the very first drink we ordered, they didn't have an ingredient and then when we ordered an appetizer they didn't have that either so it was a bit off-putting that the first two things we ordered they couldn't provide. That being said, their drinks are very tasty and the snack that we eventually got was very good."

"First room was not cleaned unmade bed trash cans were full and bathroom was messy second room was clean but the pant in the bathroom was peeling off the walls and the faucets still had smudge, including the tables next to the bed in a empty plastic bag was underneath the curtains"
