"The Hotel is merely 150 meters away from the kuala lumpur, within walking distance to most attractions in Kuala Lumpur. Staff: efficient but unfriendly. Room has smell of sewer. At one night there was loud drilling for one hour (2-3am). Ineffective communication with Expedia: hotel insists on collecting Malaysia tourism tax though it is explicitly stated by Expedia that it will pay to Malaysia Custom. The procedure for refund exists if you how to but time consuming."

"This was our first time staying at a property that was like a condo unit. The advertisement said it was going to have a washer/dryer and a full size fridge which it never had when we arrived. This was very disappointing as we brought just enough clothing for half our trip in hopes to wash them half way through. The shower did not have a curtain so the water went everywhere. There was a huge problem with ants or small bugs that were crawling all over the countertop. The location was great and...

"Not so good. Beds horrible. Had to ask for an upgrade which they did do wit a bit of an attitude and when asked an additional night we were charged triple what we paid through hotels.com. Otherwise central to where you want to be to pick up a Grab quickly, get to the sites, if you don’t care about your room being serviced and the rooms being a bit outdated and moist. "
