"Wonderful home in a wonderful area. Everything you need is provided and the property is in excellent shape. The screen porches are where we spent most of our time when not out on the beach. We would definitely rent this house again without hesitation."

"Our party of 4 adults, a 3 year old and 10month old all had a great stay in October at "Sea-duced". Great beach, easily accessible from the screened in porch deck steps straight to the water. The very clean house was nicely furnished and was stocked with all the kitchen utensils and appliances, tool box, first aid kit, etc. The outside beach shed was as promised. The beach cart really came in handy! We were very comfortable during our visit. No problems with the Wifi or TV that accessed numerous channels; not your basic cable lineup. The entrance code locks functioned perfectly. This house was up to date as far as appliances etc were concerned. Honestly, all in all not one complaint.Now let me talk about our host, Leslie. As I mentioned we were scheduled to arrive Oct. 10. Hurricane Isaias was scheduled to arrive somewhere in the Panhandle on the 9th. We were in contact with Leslie monitoring the situation over a 24 hour period. She reassured us that she was on top of it and would keep us informed before we left on our trip. Early Saturday morning before we left she texted that everything was OK! We had been quite worried but that text washed our worries away. Since the time we booked our trip Leslie kept us notified every step of the way with local information on restaurants etc. and answered any of our questions promptly and professionally. Most importantly Leslie absolutely gave us peace of mind. Thanks Leslie. We will have fond memories."

"The distance to the beach was amazing and the boardwalk from house to beach was perfect. Great screened in porch with plenty of seating ! The beach was not crowded at all and we loved spending time there. Will be back!"

"This house is great. Plenty of space. Great seating and plenty on the balcony. The balcony was a great place to gather and unwind, share stories with lots of laughter. My crew want to come back next year. We all loved this house. Hot tub and pool were cleaned and is another great asset to this property Host was very accessible and helpful."

"This property is maintained very well and was very clean when we checked in. We had good communication with the property management and they came on site to help us understand the door locks and how the handles work, so guests don’t lock themselves out. The view is awesome, all day long, no doubt about it, as you are right on the beach. The houses around this property were very quiet and there was not a lot of people coming to the beach here, like they were over on Cape San Blas, and the beach was empty at times throughout the day. The house is very spacious and it has fans in every room and the air conditioning worked very well and was sized to cool the house properly in the summer heat. Any dishes or cooking supplies you need are already on site, which was very convenient. The appliances are all modern and all worked without any issues. We loved this awesome property and will definitely be staying here again."
