  • 2 story house with an open floor plan is great for families. Fenced in back yard great for pets and kids. Luxury quality queen air mattress serves as a 3rd bed when looking to sleep more than 4. Fully furnished basement provides a cozy den like feel. The Maplewood Restaurant & shopping district is located within walking distance. Central location in STL allows for easy access to all parts of STL. Plus the gorgeous River Des Peres Bike Trail is located less than 500 feet from the house! We have the highest resolution internet available in the area (plus router is centrally located so no dead zones in the house) Remote lock access code allows you to access the property with ease (you'll be sent your code upon booking). As a welcome present we also offer all guests a free large pizza certificate to one of the local Maplewood restaurants!
