Each night includes $15 energy bill. Electric : 0.15 per kWh Gas : 0.50 per ccf To prevent additional charge please be mindful proper utility usage.

Our First Time to Air B&B

Everything was as advertised and found the experience great at this location. The owner was very responsive when i had a question and received answers within 15-20 minutes and sometimes less. Was our first time doing Air B&B and will be doing it more moving forward.

Clean, Easy, Convenient

Checkin and Checkout were very easy. Keys were provided. House was clean, some bonuses were available to use/have such as fruit, coffee, kitchenware, etc. Everything in the house worked. Bathroom was excellent and very clean, towels were provided by the host. Would easily stay here again.

Check in process was easy. He tried to get me in sooner than the normal check in time, even though i asked a few hours before normal time. It all worked out. House is just as nice as pictures. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again if ever in the area again.

We booked this house as I had surgery at Barnes. We came in the day before and the host left a get well card, waters and bananas/treats for us. The house was very clean, well decorated and had comfortable beds. There was coffee and tea available and I felt very much at home and able to heal in that environment. Miles was very prompt to respond to any questions I had. If I need a place to stay for future hospital visits, that's where I'd like to stay.

Perfect little house

Quiet neighborhood, clean, updated, comfortable. Standup shower. Perfect for taking my elderly father to St Louis for the wedding of one if his grandchildren. Host was very responsive to questions.

Beware! Nice Stay but undisclosed cameras

Place was clean and tidy. Issues with thermostat- we would turn thermostat down but upon returning to house, thermostat would always be set 3-5 degrees higher than when we left. We had lots of suspicion that there were undisclosed cameras in or around the property.

Great Stay

The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, they have a fully stocked kitchen, the bathroom has an awesome shower, the decor is nice, and location is in a working class neighborhood that is quiet and in a very convenient location close to the highway. We were 15 minutes from Busch Stadium and the Hollywood Amphitheater. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our stay

This is a small house in a quiet working class neighborhood very conveniently located for our stay. The house has been remodeled throughout and is immaculate.There are more complimentary amenities than I’ve seen in almost any property that we’ve stayed in! Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but very clean with a large shower. The owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating, and put a great deal of care into appointing the property. Check in and out was seamless. Really cute place and great for our weekend stay.

Great Place!

my husband was in the hospital in St. Louis. I stayed there for five days. I was pretty much by myself the whole time I felt very safe. The neighborhood is a working class neighborhood, but all the houses and lawns are very tidy. The inside was immaculate with everything I needed. I did not use the washer and dryer, but it was downstairs ready to go. The owner was wonderful and very accommodating when I had a question he communicated right away. It would be good for someone on a business trip. After a long day in the hospital, it was just a nice comfortable place to be.
