Unfortunately this was not a vacation I was in St. Louis to have breast cancer surgery. The host was gracious enough to change my time in June to July when my surgery changed. I appreciate it so much a very peaceful neighborhood I had everything I needed house was very cool, and comfortable for these hot conditions. The host was very easy to get to communicate with I would stay there again. The king-size bed was comfortable I slept in. I had a few other family members to help me because of the surgery. I couldn’t move very well. They also thought their beds were comfortable.
We come to St. Louis once a year for the gateway dirt nationals. It was nice to have a home to stay in that was close by clean and in a good neighborhood. Thank you for having us we are booking again for next year
Location was very convenient for a downtown conference! Plenty of room and amenities, and the beds were very comfortable (even for my problematic back)!
The house wasn’t cleaned very well in some spots, but other than that it was a great stay.
We had a wonderful time, pictures were the same as what we met. Parking was not a problem, infact my second time of booking the same house without knowing. Thanks for hosting us. You are an amazing host.
This unit is Close to everything just as the previous reviews parking on the street which we had no problem neighbors a little noisy but wasn’t to bad and will stay again if we should come back to that area
It was a nice home and property. Since it was a quaint old neighborhood, the parking was limited on the tiny old narrow streets. I don't parallel park very well! However, the neighborhood was very safe, quiet and quite lovely.
Three people, three bedrooms worked for us. Location was fine. Was worried about finding a space to park on the street but always found one when needed at different times of the day and night. Owner is very responsive.
Your space was great! We thoroughly enjoyed it. Having the kitchen fully usable made it even better. We will definitely book again. Very clean and very very nice. Thank you!
Nice property. Would stay again.. Walking distance to Walgreens and Dollar Tree. However, the stores were very dirty and messy. Bomber O'Brians us walking distance great great place to pregame before a baseball game. The also have a shuttle to the stadium which was cool.
Pros:- Location was good- Mattresses were comfortable - Check in details were clearCons:- Not clean! (I.e. food inbetween couch cusions, dead bugs in shower, used sponge for kitchen sink, spider webs in windows, moldy shower curtain)- fridge water system broken and such a mess to clean!- some lights burnt out in every fixture - dead bolt in back doesn't lock- its a bottom unit and our upstair neighbors were not on the same schedule as us so it was incredibly nosiy late and night and early in the morning.
The property is in a great central location: very close to the botanical gardens, science center and zoo, and only about 15 minutes from downtown (Busch Stadium, Arch). The apartment itself is very well kept, and the space was actually larger than I expected based on the pictures. You can definitely very comfortably sleep 6. Check-in and check-out processes were well communicated and very easy to follow. Very pleased with the experience, would definitely stay here again.
Hello,
This place worked for what we needed. The kids were happy it had Disney Plus for when we needed some down time after being out exploring. It was close to everything we wanted to see. Was overall quiet and worked for us. I would recommend maybe a welcome guide so you know we’re things are located. I didn’t know where a broom or vacuum was located. Other than that it worked for us! Thanks!
Location was fantastic, about 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Check-in was smooth & easy. Apartment was clean with comfortable beds & fantastic pillows. Parking was a bit challenging with small kids, as it was only street parking. The owners responded quickly to our concerns, but the issue was not resolved through no fault of their own. The neighbors above this apartment were so loud every night that no one was able to get more than a few hours of sleep every night of our stay. After I contacted the owner of this property after the second night of no sleep, the neighbors literally had a party that night & were running up & down the stairs slamming the door. Overall, if you are a light sleeper you will want to stay somewhere else. If you are a heavy sleeper you will appreciate how close this is to all the fun things to do & the availability of great restaurants nearby.
Will definitely stay again if I’m ever in St. Louis again. Very quiet neighborhood

Ok place if you don’t have kids
Decent place for the money. It was close to most of the things that we wanted to do. And it was technically clean. The owner even worked with us when WE messed up our booking.
So my issues are a little nit picky but it’s stuff that I would have liked to have known before staying…
First off, it’s an old apartment with REALLY creaky floors, we have 3 young kids and there was NO sneaking around the house after bedtime.
It was technically clean as in sterilized but there were old soaps and shampoos in the bathroom with what looked like other things that guests left under the sink… So just kinda cluttered and also l’m not gonna use someone’s left over hair rubber bands or toothbrush so I thought that was a tad gross.
As far as the neighborhood, it seemed ok, but I was actually offered weed out in the front yard and there was a box by the back door with pepper spray in it so that’s cool. Also the parking on the street was ok but hit or miss as to whether you could actually park in front of the apartment or not.
The couches in the living room were TERRIBLE, like they were completely broken and sagging in the middle.
As much as they tried their best to have no smoking in there (there were signs everywhere) the place still smelled like cigarette smoke & Fabreeze.
There was also a VERY active 2yr old upstairs that would thump across the ceiling until about 9:30p or 10p at night.
All in all, it wasn’t the worst. It got the job done for only $99 per night. However, with our young family and early bedtimes, we would not stay there again…
