Great location, great space, GREAT KITCHEN! Only real issue it says it sleeps four but there were only two washcloths, three towels and only linens on the bed. No blanket, sheets or pillows for the sleeper sofa

This place is beautiful! Comfortable bed, big kitchen. Nice living room area. Quiet and safe. We liked it a lot.

Convenient location to downtown St Louis. Beautiful kitchen. Large space. Easy check-in and check-out.

Great location, everything inside was clean and new. Patio is a mess.The bathroom IS the shower, no curtain, no tub, no shower door, just showerhead, toilet, and sink. Beware of wet socks, towels and toilet paper. Check in instructions weren't received until 20 mins of texting the host after the arrival time. Parking is tight, don't know if you could fit with anything larger than a small hatchback.Laundry is in the outdoor cellar.2 guests were provided 1 bath shower towel and hand towel each for 2 nights. No hand towels, bath mats or extra bath towels. No toiletries provided. The space is clearly dual use as an office space and is host to office furniture and supplies, chaotic design and feel.

This place was very comfortable. The shower was so relaxing and the couch was more comfortable than the bed. It was nice to hang out and play some pool as well! I didn't even mind it being right off the bush street as the car traffic and sirens weren't the worst thing ever. Totally will book again!

We loved the convenience of having a kitchen while traveling. However, there was only 2 towels and 2 washcloths for a 3 day stay. No washer/dryer to be found. It wasn’t a make or break for us, but would have been nice to wash my boyfriends clothes before he left. I also noticed there weren’t any instructions on how to leave the apartment. We left the towels and such in the bathroom and stripped the bed and took trash out unsure of what was expected.

Great condition. Very modern and sleek. Has a pool table. It sleeps more than 2. However, there isn't extra linen for others. No extra napkins nor tissue. I will be booking again when I come back home.

The apartment is clean and comfortable, the amenities are lacking , no coffee, no toilet paper, just little things most attentive host take care of!

Our accommodations were comfortable enough but odd. Apparently our rental doubles as the owner's law office. During our stay mail came to us daily addressed to the owner's law firm. The description said that it sleeps 4 and while that was true, there was only bedding for the bed and not for the sectional. Also the front doors had rolled up pillow cases too so under door drafts.... Strange. The transom window above the door in the bedroom was covered clumsily with sheets of paper. The kitchen was advertised as an executive kitchen had some very nice appliances but no dish towels, dish cloths, and a hodge podge of cooking utensils. The bathroom was a wet room which was great since my mom had mobility issues and so she didn't have to worry about stopping up and into a shower but there were no grab bars or bath mats so it was a very unsafe situation. The entrance was at the back of the property which was fine but it was clueless and not a pleasant first impression. Overall it seemed like our accommodations were intended to be an office and a vacation rental was an afterthought.

Unfortunately this property was so dirty, all the pots, pans, glasses and dishes we dirty. Old moldy coffee grounds in the coffee basket, dead bugs and dirt behind the sofa and furniture. Two broken lamps and the bathroom drain was so clogged it took several minutes to drain when washing hands. The windows were clouded with dirt and there some black hairs in the bed. It was unfortunate because the bathroom was really cool and area is in revival. Cool brick walls, comfy mattress, interesting art and nice wood floors. Refrigerator was clean. Seems like pots, pans and dishes were thrift finds. Back porch dirty and old clothes junk laying there for 5 days we were there. Upstairs residents big weed smokers, so always that smell. I'm so sorry we didn't have the great experience others posted.

This was such a huge space! The bathroom is a complete wet room, which was great. The gourmet kitchen was a great surprise with all the amenities needed. There is a back patio shared with the other units in the building. Parking is street parking, so keep that in ming when loading and unloading for your stay, as you are asked to enter the unit in the back. The back alley does allow for 2 cars to park. The location was amzing!!!!! So many things to walk to and places around to eat. This is a space that served all pur needs!

Great Affordable Place!

Overall, great unit! Very spacious, fantastic kitchen with dishes and utensils. The workspace was great for us getting ready, and the couch was very cozy, easy to take a nap for sure. Aside from a couple quirks, it was perfect. The floors were noticeably dirty when we came in, there was a ton of mail on the floor by the front door, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. You’re better off sleeping on the couch. Didn’t love street parking, but at least we didn’t have to fight for a good spot. There is a fire station just down the block, so there were a TON of sirens that came by and very loud due to proximity to the street. Very affordable with lots of space and nice fixtures!

Not what we expected

Host would not give check in until multiple requests were made and after check in time. Unit was confusing with business on front doors- mail stuck in door slot and two back doors. Bedroom furniture blocking one entrance door. No instructions left for wifi- had to message host and no supplies (coffee, toilet paper). Bathroom was wet room with no rug outside for wet feet after shower. Large cockroach in bathroom upon arrival. Very busy street-No washer/dryer as listed
