Within minutes of Missouri Botanical Garden, Tower Grove Park and Forest Park, Wild Carrot banquet hall, Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center, SLU, Union Station, and several great local restaurants. Home is located on a quiet one way street with gated driveway/backyard parking. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary dining and cooking utensils. Plenty of soft fluffy bath towels. Brand new 5 ton air conditioner to keep you cool in the summer and radiant heat to keep you nice and toasty warm in the winter. Wonderful outdoor deck area with gas firepit. Fully fenced backyard for children to play or your
