"Beautiful hotel. Immaculate service and property"

"Near the park and downtown"

"It was a HOLE never again What a joke"

"Room was clean but property is very outdated. Good enough for one quiet night if you need it but I wouldn’t stay there much longer than that. Very central and reception staff very polite."

"This is what appears to be a very new and modern Hampton Inn. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. I learned that when we arrived that I had accidentally booked my stay to start a day later and I was very impressed with the staff person’s ability to quickly adapt and adjust for my error. "No complaints. Two restaurants on site. Close to QEW freeway. Shopping a few steps away including Walmart and assorted stores in strip mall."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at this property and was impressed by the overall experience. The property was lovely, and the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Their hospitality certainly contributed to making my stay a positive one. Unfortunately, there was one issue that detracted from the experience. The bathroom sink was in an unacceptable condition, as every time I turned on the water, a very unpleasant odour came from the drain. This was disappointing and something that I...

"It was decent .. only thing for me was the mattress was too soft and I had to sleep on couch."

"Had to walk a long way with luggage from parking"

"Easy to access form the highway, convenient stop between Toronto and Niagara."

"When checking in we requested to be in a room that was not close to the elevators and shared we wanted to be in a quieter area - close to the elevators tends to be noisier. We were placed in room 502 facing Upper James. It was very loud. My advice would be to ask to not be placed in a room facing Upper James due to the constant traffic - especially at night. There were lots of unknown stains on the ceilings, walls and sheets. There is no water pressure if that matters to you. The TV / cable did...

"Nice stay"

"Room bathroom door and closet door were in terrible shape and pealing nned replaced. House keeping walked in on me in my room no knocking. This very poor training , this should never happen at all."
