Great Swiss style hotel! Delicious Restaurant!

Very clean, very authentic swiss, very spacious, free breakfast was delicious, restaurant has the best meals we had in St. Moritz, friendly staff, long walk from train station- 23 min with luggage seems longer. Loved the hotel decided to stay a day longer.

The room and staff was awesome. Excellent service and the location is perfect. However, needs improvement. The first thing they need to improve is the communication. They need to provide better instruction and guidance. They need to explain how the purchased food works. They need to let the guests in advance that they need to make reservations for diner. They need to improve the wifi connection, it was very badly.

Just wonderful. Big room and bathroom. Swiss style, very cute. Service was amazing, shuttle to train station. Great location in the lower city. Restaurant is delicious, breakfast was heave, simple but delicious. Also had couple dinners and food was heavenly. Will be back and will recommend to all friends.

Great hotel in lovely setting

Lovely hotel in beautiful setting. Room had a lovely traditional feel to it. Check in really easy which included a very informative app and digital room key on your phone. Lovely restaurant with a great breakfast. We ate in there twice in the evening and the food was great and lovely deserts. Walking distance for everything. We had a great stay and will be back.

Clean room and easy to check in. For check out is not as easy as check in. I thought there was self-laundry service, but there wasn't. That was only minus point.

Claro, aquí tienes la traducción al italiano: "La posizione è buona ma il check-in deve essere fatto in un altro hotel che si trova a circa 200 metri di distanza, molto scomodo soprattutto nei giorni di pioggia o se devi alzarti presto per partire. Inoltre, non c'è nessuno alla reception dell'hotel per chiedere informazioni. Noi dovevamo partire alle 6:00 per prendere il treno e siamo rimasti senza colazione perché nessuno ci aveva informato che bisognava richiedere un take away prima delle 18:00. In conclusione, è molto mal gestito per essere un annesso di uno dei migliori hotel della zona, e non è economico."

Leider nur knapp Durchschnitt

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers und des Badezimmers, sind einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäss. (Besonders in Bezug auf den Zimmerpreis.) Dazu sind die Betten viel zu schmal/kurz und die Matratzen sind extrem durchgelegen. (Rückenschmerzen, jeden Morgen) Auch der uralte, schmutzige Teppichboden ist nur eckelhaft. Man findet mit Mühe und Not eine Steckdose im Zimmer. (Smartphone, PC etc. brauchen Strom.) Auch dass die Bettwäsche, nur alle 3 Nächte gewechselt wird, kenne ich so sonst nicht. Über das reichhaltige Frühstücks-Buffet kann man sich nicht beklagen. Einzig etwas befremdlich ist der "Dauergast" mit Behinderung und zwar, da er sich jeden Morgen lauthals mit dem Servicepersonal unterhält und Gäste am Buffet zurechtweist. (Welche dadurch doch sehr irritiert wirken.) Ich habe nichts gegen den Herrn, aber er soll sich doch bitte etwas zurückhalten und nicht aufführen wie ein "schlechter Gastgeber". Der Check-In/Out im Haupt-Hotel ist zwar etwas mühsam, aber ansonsten kompetent, freundlich und speditiv.

Frühstück musste nachbezahlt werden!

Leider konnte ich den Aufenthalt nicht im Corvatsch geniessen, sondern wurde ins Reine Victoria umgeteilt und musste dafür für das Frühstück Fr.24.- bezahlen, obwohl das Frühstück im Corvatsch dabei gewesen wäre. Das finde ich nicht sauber!

Wonderful stay

Frau Daniela the owner of the hotel was absolutely amazing as was the comfort of the hotel and quality of the hotel’s restaurant. We were treated with wonderful and gracious care as Daniela provided insights and direction that truly made our stay in Saint Moritz a genuine delight. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable stay in Saint Moritz.
