Sehr netter Empfang und tolle Zimmer im Strandflügel. Drei Saunen und ein kleines Schwimmbecken, sowie der tolle Wellnessbereich im 5. Stock haben und sehr gut gefallen. Fahrräder konnten sich untergebracht werden. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das ziemlich teure Restaurant, auch wenn es sehr lecker war, war es auch sehr wenig. Alles in allem ein sehr tolles Hotel, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Perfekter Platz zum entspannen und wohlfühlen

Perfekte Lage direkt im Zentrum von Sankt Peter Ording an der Seebrücke. Im "Neubau" Teil des Hotels mit Ausblick in Richtung Strand. Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet und sauber. Schönes Bett mit Aussicht :-)

Alt und Schmutzig Neubau ist OK

Leider ist nur der Neubau zu empfehlen und evtl. die Lobby. Alles andere ist Alt und runtergekommen. Der Spa und Wellness Bereich eine Frechheit. 300 Euro pro Nacht nur weil das Hotel am dichtesten zum strand dran ist nein danke Wir kommen nicht wieder! Wir empfehlen das Hotel niemanden! Preis Leistung ist nicht gegeben Einfach schade

Das Hotel ist mit 4 * Superiör überbewertet und kann nur durch die Lage punkten.Eine Getränkeversorgung (z.B.Mineralwasser) außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten Restaurant/Bar tagsüber nicht möglich. Keine Minibarfüllung, Getränkeautomat ( 4* ) ? defekt. Zimmer abgewohnt. Parkplatzsituation 15,00€ Tag unbefriedigend.

Ein schönes Wochenende in St Peter Ording. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Abendessen in Ordnung, hört sich nach mehr an als es ist. Sehr zuvorkommender Service im Restaurant mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages.

Schönes Hotel mit kleiner Personalschwäche.

Leider wurde beim Check In die Bitte, ein ggf. höher bezahltes Zimmer auf der Seeseite zu bekommen, etwas merkwürdig behandelt. Beim Ankommen, wollte sich ein netter Herr darum kümmern und den Wunsch prüfen. Beim späteren eigentlichen Einchecken (einchecken ab 15Uhr), drängte sich eine sehr unfreundliche Dame dazwischen, obwohl der Herr offenbar eine Option anbieten wollte. Diese meinte auf etwas herablassende Weise, sie macht das schon und vermittelte mir, dass dies nicht geht weil keine Zimmer frei seien. Später stellte sie erst unsere Aufenthaltsdauer fest! Bei der bestandenen Bezahlung der Vorauskasse (bisher unüblich), ging offensichtlich am Nachbarschalter der Vorgang eines Upgrades reibungslos. Seltsam war auch, dass am Anreisetag, dass in dem doch großen Restaurant um 15:30Uhr kein Platz mehr für den Abend zu reservieren war. Begründung der Dame.. die Kapazität im Restaurant sei ausgeschöpft und man müsste da spätestens um 12Uhr reservieren. (problematisch bei 15 Uhr Zimmerbezug). Das Zimmer selbst war geräuschbelastet durch Ventilatoren auf dem Dach des Hauptgebäude. Ansonsten aber eine schöne Lage am Stand. Und zuvorkommendes Personal (mit der Ausnahme).

Schöne Zimmer, viel Potential bei der Qualität

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Der erste eindruck von außen vom Hotel ist so lala. Schließlich fährt man über den Parkplatz auf dem nur mit Mühe ein Stellplatz zu finden ist (diese sind dann so klein das aktuelle Autos kaum drauf parken können). Der Hoteleingang errinnert etwas an einen Hintereingang, was ja ok wäre wenn man vom Parkplatz kommt. Aber zur grossen Überraschung war dies der Haupteingang. Da wir im Strandflügel gewohnt haben können wir (nach dem abenteuerlichen Weg dorthin) nut vollen Lobes über die geräumigen sehe modernen Zimmer sein. Das wir keine Tasche auf dem Zimmer hatten um mit den Handtüchern in den Wellness bereich zu gehen (denn die Handtücher müssen mitgenommen werden. An der Sauna gibt es keine Handtücher) kann man vernachlässigen. Das uns jeden Tag, nachdem das Zimmer gemacht wurde irgendwie ein Handtuch fehlte war schon echt blöd. Der Wellnessbereich musste über die Tiefgarage betreten werden, was bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie schon eher unglücklich ist. Der Wellness bereich ist grundsätzlich gut aber leider war es gerade im Pool sehr kalt und auch in den Ruheräumen. Leider ist der ganze bereich etwas zerklüftet was aber dem alter des Hotels gewchuldet ist. Es ist irgendwie nicht aus einem guss... Leider war aber das Frühstück weder vom Service noch vom Angebot für ein Hotel mit einem Übernachtungspreis von 250 Euro, angemessen. Der Aufschnitt sah aus als ob der direkt sus der Verpackung von Aldi aufs Buffet kam.

Tæt på vandet

Flink og hjælpsom personale. Varieret morgenmadsbuffet. Vi besluttede os, at spise i deres restaurant blev vi skuffet. Der var 6 par i restauranten, da vi ikke havde reserveret blev vi afvist med at de var fuld booket☹️ Det kunne vi ikke forstå, men gik ned i byen og spiste. Vi kom tilbage kl 20:30 og køkkenet lukker kl 22:00 var der 3 par tilbage i restauranten. Skuffende at man med 3 tjenere ikke kan betjene mere end 6 gæster. 😢
