Sunset Vistas is a beautiful beachfront resort nestled along Treasure Island that features abundant guest amenities to make your vacation very special. With new owners and new management comes a new look to this luxurious oceanside locale. This two (2) bedroom/two (2) bath, 870-square-foot suite is located on the fifth floor of Sunset Vistas North and faces west. Directly across from the elevator, it provides quiet evenings of gorgeous sunsets and cocktails on your private balcony. Able to accommodate up to six (6), it features King and Queen-sized beds, with a Queen sleeper sofa.

The living accommodation offers a dining area that seats six (6) and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils for preparing your food, with a microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, coffeemaker, and Ninja Blender.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

A variety of upgrades have been added to maximize your comfort. This includes:

· Queen pillow-top mattress/box springs (Brand New)

· Premium bedding and towel sets (Brand New)

· All Pillows (Brand New)

· Flooring and rug (Brand New)

· Glassware and silverware (Brand New)

The suite includes free high-speed wireless internet, large-screen televisions, a Blu-ray player, and access to all major streaming services and local programming, USB plugins, and ceiling fans throughout. We also provide a closet full of beach gear to borrow during your stay. Guests enjoy a host of resort amenities, such as a large private resort pool, whirlpool spas, and a children's pool. You'll have access to the fitness center, the tropical courtyard, and one (1) reserved parking place (parking pass to be put on dashboard). Parking is covered and located entirely under building cover. Sorry, we cannot help with parking for any additional vehicles, however, check with the front desk, and they may possibly issue a parking pass for an additional car, however this is not guaranteed.

Sunset Vistas amenities include an adult pool and a kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, an onsite Cafe, a pool/beach Bar, an onsite gym, an office workstation, and a ping pong table, but, of course, the best part is that you will be staying directly on Treasure Island Beach, named one of the nicest Beaches in the World! The main pool is geothermal heated. Amidst the pool area is a tiki bar for immediate cocktail indulgence. The onsite café serves breakfast, lunch, or casual dinners.

This beautiful suite is located on Treasure Island Beach, which has been named one of the best beaches in the nation and top-five on the planet. Your days can be thrilling, tackling water sports like parasailing, jet skiing, and swimming. Or spend each day chilling, mixing it up with local tours, animal-watching, and shopping. You'll be within approximately an hour's drive to nationally renowned family venues such as Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, and Tropicana Field. Johns Pass Village & Boardwalk is a mile away, and Splash Harbour Water Park is a 9 mile drive.

The nearby towns of Clearwater and St. Petersburg offer an eclectic mix of local cuisine and international flavor. A thumping bar and nightclub scene will keep you can keep you moving til the wee hours. This location is easily accessible from Tampa International Airport and St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

On your check-out day, please move your vehicle from the assigned parking spot, as the cleaner will need the spot.

There is a County Beach nourishment project to include placing additional sand on the beaches of Sand Key (Clearwater Beach to Belleair Beach and Indian Rocks Beach to North Redington Beach), Treasure Island and Upham Beach, however they do this in small stages, thus, beach use will be available on either side of the beach area that they are working on.
