Beautiful Coastal Penthouse w/ Gulf Views!

Staying at Coastal Penthouse is an escape to the extraordinary! This luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse condo boasts stunning views from its expansive wrap-around balcony. With accommodations for up to 8 guests, it's ideal for families or friends looking to relax by the beach. The master suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, ensuring a peaceful retreat. The first guest bedroom is equipped with two queen beds and its own ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and a private balcony overlooking the tranquil Intracoastal Waterway. Each room has it's own TV with cable.

You'll love the fully stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing meals after a day in the sun, and we provide beach gear so you can easily enjoy the sandy shores just steps from your door. The dining table seats six and there is seating for an additional 3 people at the counter.

Additional amenities include two reserved parking spots, access to a ocean front heated pool, and outdoor grills for delightful al fresco dining under Tiki Huts. Experience the ultimate beach vacation in this beautiful condo, where relaxation and fun await!

In unit washer and dryer along with linens and towels are provided for 8 people. Beach towels are also included.

A Wonderful Week with Family

A very enjoyable stay, property was in beautiful condition- and the patio areas had amazing views of both beach and the inter coast area as well. Beds were so comfortable in all the rooms. The available beach chairs and equipment was an excellent amenity for our family. Hope to be back soon!!

Outstanding Condo

This was my third year renting at Sea Gate and this condo was my favorite so far. Very spacious, clean, updated, well stocked and the balcony is fabulous. Perfect location in Indian Shores. The elevator in the building could use some updating, it broke down twice during our week, but I still rate 501 five stars. Excellent condo!

The condo was just as pictured, which normally isn’t the case. We were a family of six adults and all had plenty of space and adequate beds. We were pleased with the amount of items provided at the condo; when it says to just pack your swimsuit, that’s literally true other than buying any necessary grocery items. Stunning property with everything you need.

The pictures don't do this property justice. It is beautifully decorated, the furniture and beds are comfortable, and there is everything you need. Just pack your clothes and pick up a few groceries, then enjoy your stay! The views from the balcony are amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunset every night. You can walk for miles on the hard packed sandy beach - get your steps in while nourishing your soul. The owner is very communicative and easy to work with. We highly recommend this rental!

I’ve been going on a “girl’s” beach trip for almost 30 years. This condo was the cleanest rental ever! We had our own beach chairs but next time I will not mess with bringing. The beach closet had everything you could need for a spot on the beach! We added some spices to the cabinet although there were several options. I can’t say it lacked for anything. Perfect spot on the beach and walked to one of our favorite restaurants (Salt Rock Grill). Great location. We will return!

You Cannot Stay Anywhere Nicer!

This. Is. The. Best. Condo. On. The. Beach. Period. I never thought I would find a condo that was nicer than my own home, but this one was. From the motion lights on the floor, to the crate and barrel dishes, this condo has it all. There's not one thing I would change about this place. Tanya was super easy to deal with and even mailed back clothing we left in the dryer. We will definitely stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL!! Best stay ever! Unit was well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, toys and umbrellas. It was beautiful and clean and the VIEW is amazing! Will definitely rent this unit again!

Hurricane Debby

We were there during Hurricane Debby so we saw a Gamit of situations. The condo held strong and provided all the comfort and safety one could ask for. We had great communication with our host, Tanya. She made sure we were well taken care of. We have stayed in this building many times; however, this was the best condo we have stayed in from a cleanliness standpoint, with well-appointed furnishings and well-stocked amenities. Would highly recommend it!

Even better than expected!

I stayed at this property with my family and 2 young kids and we absolutely loved it! The condo surpassed our expectations as far as cleanliness, decor, and being FULLY stocked. We had absolutely everything we needed for a week at the beach, which we’ve never encountered in a condo before. Tanya was also amazing at responding to any questions we had quickly and courteously, which was greatly appreciated! We were also super impressed with Indian Shores itself - it was the perfect mix of quaint and not overly crowded, but we still had plenty to do besides the beach when we wanted to. Everyone in our group from our school age kids to grandparents loved this trip!

Beautiful place with stunning views

The property was beautiful. We had a relaxing week enjoying the condo, sitting on the deck taking in the view and even saw dolphins almost every day! We really enjoyed the supply closet full of everything you need for a great day on the beach. Seriously, all you need to pack is clothes, everything else is provided. We had a relaxing week and I would highly recommend this property for families or a getaway with friends!

Amazing Location

Beautiful location on the beach. Property is just as shown. Lots of little extras in the unit such as snacks on arrival and adorable towel animals. Closet has everything needed for the beach. Would definitely stay again!

A Spectacular Week

We absolutely loved our week here. It comes completely as advertised, fully renovated, fully stocked, no surprises. Walking distance to the Salt Rock, Indian Shores Coffee, and of course Mahuffers. Oh those sunsets!

Lovely top floor corner unit.

We had a great stay in this lovely top floor corner unit. Very clean and updated. Walk in showers great for my elderly parents. Well stocked with tons of beach chairs and toys. We’ve been going to the Gulf Coast for 10 years now and this is the best condo we’ve had. Tonya was very responsive to our communications; she is even shipping back some clothes we left by mistake! Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back.

A little slice of Heaven on Earth for a restful dose of Vitamin Sea!

Our stay in the Sea Gate corner penthouse was nothing short of spectacular! The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and very-well appointed with everything we needed for an incredible week on the beach. Not only is the place immaculately maintained, the owners go “above and beyond” to assure you want for nothing. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the cooking supplies anyone could possibly need; the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc and also with baskets full of body wash, shampoos, hydrogen peroxide, aloe, etc; the beach supply closet has floats, sunscreen, easy up tent, umbrellas and plenty of chairs along with floats, toys, beach towels and more! The owners are responsive and professional and the instructions for checking in and out are clear and easy to follow. Our sentiments are clearly felt by others as documented in the “guest book” left by the owners to allow all who visit to share their experiences. And share they have done, in fact, for many years! We truly couldn’t recommend this place more and hope to visit again someday for our annual dose of “vitamin sea.”

Family get away

Loved the condo! The location is spectacular. We’ll stocked with beach toys, chairs etc. would consider having a pack and play. We had a 1 year old grandchild it would have been great to have but not a deal breaker. Thank you for sharing your home! Will definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect week

The condo is just as pictured I wish I could share the flowery smell that greats you when you walk in. It is full stocked with everything you need, literally! I honestly can go on and on but this is a must rent and see for you self. Hostess was always available however we never had an issue. We definitely will book the one again in our future.
