Downtown Dunedin Gem #2 is a brand new 2 bedroom, 1 bath first floor townhome unit in the center of all the action! But still with enough privacy to enjoy some peace and quiet while you have dinner on the patio in your private fenced backyard.

* Directly on the Pinellas Trail
Just steps to top restaurants, shops, and the waterfront, and you can start on miles of scenic paths for biking, jogging, and walking right from your doorstep!
Whether you are staying with us at Dunedin Foundry for a few months or a few days, you are sure to have everything you need! No car? No problem! Rent a bike from The Bike Lab using our 10% off code. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. But if you want to make a big grocery run or venture to the beach, you will need to take an Uber or have a car.

Full capabilities to make home cooked meals!
-Toaster oven-air fryer combo so you can cook a 12" pizza, fries, your favorite chicken etc
-Blackstone grill (on the back patio) to make a juicy steak
-Hot plate for your morning eggs or lunchtime soup

*BR1- king bed with sliding doors to the back patio and fenced yard, with outdoor seating and grill

^Early check-in and late check-out are typically not available. However on the day of your arrival if you are in town early, feel free to reach out around 2-3pm in case the unit is ready early.
^Guest Number:
Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of property owner. If you exceed the number of guests you book for, there will be a $100 fine per person per night. No parties or gatherings. Noise monitors inside house. Violations will be met with applicable fines & eviction.
^Pets:
All pets require Host approval prior to/right after time of booking if using instant book. If you are bringing your fur child, there is a $100 pet fee. No cats. No aggressive breeds, one dog, 40 lb max. (if you have 2 dogs under 20 lbs, contact host). Please be sure to read Pet Rules in the House Rules section. If you instant book and you do not meet these requirements, you will be required to cancel the reservation from your (guest) side and you will receive a full refund (at time of booking only).
^Starter supplies of toiletries are provided, but if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery to replenish paper products.
^Parking:
You will get one garage spot and one spot in the driveway. If you have additional cars, there are a few street parking spots on Douglas Ave or there is a free public lot nearby.
House Rules:
-No smoking in or near the house ($1000 fine) Illegal substances of any kind are prohibited, if present, reservation will be canceled with no refund and guests will be removed by authorities.
-No moving/rearranging furniture ($1000 fine)
-Adults cannot book for people under 25 years old unless they will also be staying on the premises for the duration of the stay
-Security cameras are present around exterior of property, garage, and in common hallway upon entering the building. Under no circumstances may these be removed, blocked off, or have their correct function hindered in any capacity. Should this happen, your reservation will be immediately terminated with no refund. No exceptions.
-Cleaners charge a $50 fine per 30 minutes guests are late to check out
Pet Rules:
-Pet fee, per pet ($150) No cats. Max 1 dog (unless have host approval for 2, or are under 20lbs)
-No aggressive or guard dog breeds
-Pets cannot be left alone for extended periods of time
-Absolutely no pets on any furniture (any damage, cleaning, discoloration, or other invoices received by cleaning company resulting from violating this rule will be billed to guest. If furniture or other items are damaged beyond repair, guest will be billed up to a max amount equal to the replacement cost of the item)
-Clean up and dispose of pet poop ($100 fine) and use the hose to spray down anywhere they use the bathroom on the turf
-If your pet is barking or otherwise being a nuisance to others, you will get one warning. On the second complaint you will be required to remove the pet or vacate the premises. You will forfeit the remainder of your stay and will not receive a refund.
-Must be on leash in all common and public areas
-Pet must be approved at time of booking based on above rules, if it does not comply, guest agrees to and will be required to cancel reservation themselves upon Host request and will receive a full refund at that time
