Palm Place on Clearwater Beach is located on the number one rated beach in the nation for 2016. Our beach has all the desired vacation activities you would wish for in a beach community, including a wide variety of restaurants, charter fishing trips, dolphin watching tours, jet skiing, and more. Close by on Island Estates is the Clearwater Beach Aquarium where the movie Dolphin Tale was filmed. A list of Clearwater Beach restaurants is provided below.


HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Feb-April Weekly. Rest of year 2 Day Minimum Rentals.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
Small Pets OK 25 lb or under with additioanl pet fee.

Our vacation

The AC unit is very noisy. The trash cans by the cars was nasty very smelly. Made it hard to sleep the first night. Other than that it was nice.

Retreat

The condo had everything we needed for a long weekend get away. It was clean and had enough amenities for us. What we loved the most is we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. There is so much to do in that area, shops, restaurants, music. AND it’s just a few steps from the beach. They provided beach chairs & a beach umbrella . We would definitely stay here again.

Beach house

Stayed here for the second time in 4 years. It is a beach house , not a resort room small but does the trick. Only would like a bigger fridge in this unit we stayed for a week and the freezer was a tad bit small but we managed. Room and property were clean

Worked Great

Didn’t need a fancy hotel room, basically just sleeping here as we were out all day. Convenient, pretty clean, has all you need (kitchen gear) if you need it. We didn’t cook here. Great location, quiet, but just a short walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Long weekend to see Phillies Spring Training

Property was just as expected. Convenient walk to everything. Very close to beach, beach block and 2 minute walk up. Found very friendly people at the pickleball courts at library/recreation building. (Also a short walk) not an extravagant beach property but a beach shack kind of feel.

Perfect location!

This place is a perfect location. Quiet neighborhood, steps from the white sands, walking distance to everything you need! While it is an older unit and does need some updated flooring, dishwasher and bathroom, it doesn’t take away from where it is located. We would certainly stay here again!

Challenging

Overall it was very cozy and nicely furnished. My husband is 80 plus and getting in and out of shower in tub with no grab bar was unsafe. I should have given that more thought. Personally the mattress was way too firm. I kept waking up because my joints hurt. Location was great.

Amazing Location

We loved the location - short walk to beach, super fun restaurants and bars all within walking distance and the main area of Clearwater also an easy walk. A pleasant surprise was the free laundry on the property and the parking spot (which is a luxury in Clearwater). I will say, the property is aging and could use a deep clean and some TLC but it worked well for our short stay and we would book again. If you go in knowing it is not a luxury property and don’t have those expectations, you will enjoy the property. Cheers!

The apartment was adorable, comfortable, quiet, and very clean! Quick walk to the beach, beach chairs and towels available for each unit, great shower. Looking forward to staying again!

Coconut Palm

I agree with a previous review that this is a older "beach cottage" not a new 5-star resort, and if you go in understanding that you should be happy. The unit has everything you need for your stay in a great location near the beach, a bit outside the main tourist area but within walking distance. Our only real complaint is the bed was not comfortable and could use an upgrade. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Spring Break

Florida Beach Rental was so friendly and responsive. They have laundry on site and it is so convenient. Great access to the beach. Beautiful courtyard to relax in morning and night. Loved it!!

Cute little condo

This is a cute little one bedroom one bathroom condo. It slept e adults and one child. Not luxury but it is right on the beach and was a great price. We met the property owner and he is super nice. A++++ location on North Beach.

Perfect for Two People

It’s an older rental, but clean and comfortable. We love being able to walk to the beach and to almost everything else. We didn’t need a car. We had perfect weather the 10 days we were there. ☀️

Cozy island getaway

Amazing place and a even better location, nice cozy secluded property within a few steps of the beach, perfect place for a couple, We would def stay here again, check in was great and easy, my only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer
