Discover Indian Rocks Beach! Your welcome guide highlights key property info and local favorites. This charming community is centrally located between Clearwater & St. Pete. Enjoy walking to dining and shopping north on Gulf Boulevard, including Villa Gallace, Crabby Bills Seafood, and souvenir shops. A short drive south leads to the acclaimed Salt Rock Grill. John's Pass is just 6 miles south. Explore dining options along Gulf Blvd, with St. Pete Beach (20 min) and Clearwater Beach (20 min) easily accessible. Within 30 minutes, visit the Clearwater Aquarium, the Dali Museum, and Tropicana Field. Tampa is a 35-45 minute drive with attractions such as Ybor City, the CruisePort, and Busch Gardens. Orlando and Disney World are only an hour away. Please note: Ground floor renovations related to the 2024 hurricanes may cause some daytime noise. This will be kept to a minimum.

Getting Around:
Getting around is simple, with around-the-clock Uber availability, and our very own “Jolly Trolley" offering bus service every 20 minutes at all points between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach! Care to get out and really explore? Tampa, Orlando, and many points beyond are very popular day trips away.

Please note that promotions are subject to blackout periods and are not valid during holiday or special event weeks. On the Rocks #12 is a non-smoking property; a $500 deep cleaning fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found inside or outside the unit. A designated smoking area is located on the southeast corner of the complex, near the street. Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid credit card to book, and a valid ID is required at check-in. Self check-in is available 24 hours a day. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

This place was everything we wanted u can look right out the back patio and see nothing but the gulf and the sun rising and setting, so relaxing and peaceful, beach gear was provided umbrellas, paddle boards, beach chairs. Perfect little place! Id recommend and Will be back :)

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. The first condo was on the bottom floor and was sadly damaged by the hurricane. This year we stayed on the top floor. The condo is adorable and surprisingly roomy. Everything was very very clean. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful beach. Will definitely be returning!

This location was great for a peaceful week on the beach. The condo was clean and perfect for two people. Having the living room area with a full kitchen was great. We enjoyed our stay and the sunsets every night. Communication and attentiveness of the host was perfect. We will look to stay again.

Comfy place to relax and enjoy the beach with amazing sunsets! We loved the beach closet - beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie board were enjoyed. Bathtub needs a plug, but this is a small deal and we had a great time.

We had a great time here. Place was clean and comfortable, sunsets were spectacular and having the beach right outside our door was a big plus. Lots of choice restaurants, all in walking distance. Communication with the property manager was always with a quick response. Would absolutely stay here again.

This place is a gem. It's right on the water, and the beach is amazing. The house is sparkly clean and has everything. The bed is very comfy. Dino, the property manager, is great. We enjoyed our Christmas here. The place had all that we needed and the weather was fabulous. They were very quick to respond to our messages. We asked for an air mattress beforehand and the one they had had a hole in it but they offered to reimburse us if we bought one, which we did. This allowed our 4-year-old to stay in the bedroom with us. The view from the living room was breathtaking. We loved looking out at the ocean every morning while we ate our breakfast. There was quite a bit of foot traffic on the shared balcony due to the 1st floor condos being out of commission from the hurricane so everyone was staying on the 2nd floor, but that wasn’t a big bother to us. We had an issue with the fire TV and they quickly sent someone to fix it. The only bummer was that we couldn’t get a checkout past 11am. We had an evening flight so had to figure out what to do with our day without having a home base. Overall, a great time. Lots of great memories!
