Perfect family getaway

Great trip with family. My husband and 2 teenagers stayed from Friday - Thursday. The condo was just as described and pictured. Really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Great location, the pool and beach were wonderful. The neighborhood was good, felt safe . I would recommend to any family. Beautiful views and sunsets!

An overall great experience!

The location and views were great and the unit was clean. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed. The pool temperature was like bath water. Would absolutely stay here again. The only negative was that they are building a new condo complex next door so it was very noisy during business hours. We spent most of the day on the beach, so it only affected our mornings. Don't be fooled by the poor choice of exterior building color. This is a great property to stay at!

South Beach Condo

The condo was clean, but had a worn look. It was stocked with everything that was needed. There were a few maintenance issues that were brought to the attention of the rental company. The grounds were very pretty and well landscaped and probably the best along the walkway. The location of the building was very good, but there was construction noise next door from a condo building being built. Oddly, there was no headboard on the master bed, the bed was just pressed along the wall.

Great Stay in Florida Sun

This is a great property to stay at with everything just as described. The towels and soap are not replenished but we had enough. Two kinds of coffee makers a cuisinart (that takes k cups) and a pot (like a Mr. Coffee Maker) for more coffee. There were coolers and beach chairs and an umbrella that had been left by other guests (so they are not guaranteed to be there). The pool is heated and a little on the small side but most times we were the only 2 in the pool (we stayed mid October). The pool is shallow 4 1/2 feet at its deepest so it is not a diving or lap pool but great to float in and/or cool off. We had a car but it is close to many restaurants or they are just a short walk away. Will definitely be staying here again

The condo was equipped with everything for a longer vacation. Kitchen fully equipped. All appliances were clean and worked well. The condo was very clean when we arrived, but the awful smell told us, that this is not a non-smoking condo. We did not notice that during booking, so we were negatively surprised. Although we opened the windows and the balcony door it took some time to improve the smell... When we came back home, we had to wash everything, because we took some of the smell home with us... ... a small black cloud on a sunny and nearly perfect vacation...

4th of July

Perfect getaway rental with amazing views and access to the beach, as well as being surrounded by amazing food and entertainment. Host was amazing and I highly recommended if ever considering Treasure Island!

Had a great time. The location is perfect. Walk to the beach was just right. The grandkids enjoyed the pool, too. Wonderful bonus to find beach chairs, umbrella and toys in the condo. Hope to stay longer next time we visit.

Great location!

Very happy with our stay! The communication and check in process was super great. The view from the balcony was priceless and the walk to the beach was so quick. The decor and furniture is a little outdated but everything was pretty clean and that’s all we really care about. They had multiple coolers and chairs available which was very helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo as advertised with great view of Gulf from balcony. Beach chairs and towels available for easy walk to beach. Quiet neighborhood. On boardwalk. Easily walkable to local restaurants and Johns Pass.

Florida sun

We have stayed at this property for 4 years. Location is excellent, communication is quick and they are responsive, take advantage of some of the deals I-trip will offer you. My one complaint is that the living room furniture is getting old and tired. The couch and love seat kind of sag in the middle but if you are outdoors most of the time this might not be a problem. The second bathroom could have been a little cleaner ( especially in the corners of the floor) The view is fabulous and it's just nice to have more room to spread out. They provide starters for everything (kitchen dish soap for hand and dish washer, paper towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner and laundry. Keep in mind these are just starters. The bathroom supplies are only about 1.2 -2oz. All in all a super base for the Treasure Island and surrounding areas.
