As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, crockpot, microwave, dishwasher, automatic drip coffee maker, Keurig, beverage refrigerator, and all the essential appliances and utensils you need to whip up delicious meals. Rules

As of 11/13/2024, the pool and hot tub sustained hurricane damage and are not usable! Please be considerate of others vacationing in the building.
DON'T hang clothing/towels over the balcony railing. Take out garbage, run the dishwasher upon departing, and start a load of towels.
Please inventory the following: 8 wristbands ($20 per missing band, HOA fee) One key 6 beach chairs ($50 per missing chair)

The property had everything you could need for a family with small children. There was tons of beach gear, lots of storage space, convenient location, easy communication, great spot on the beach. Everything was clean, spacious, and great for our family of 5.

My family of four truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we loved the view from our top floor balcony; perfectly centered on the beach and pier. The beds were comfy, and we made use of the beach items like sand toys and wagon.
