The building is old but they have done a nice job. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is fantastic and within walking distance of almost anything you would want to do in downtown St Pete. We would definitely stay there again.

There is nothing botique aboit thos place. Its dirty and the desk man was slumped in the chair when we walked in. No pool, the bar downstairs has rude staff. The location is great thought. You will he walking distance to almost anything downtown

This is my second stay at this beautiful Art Deco hotel. Walking to shops and restaurants is easy, and the short walk along the water to the Pier is delightful. The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean. I hope I can return.

I had a good stay. It's sad this beautiful historical hotel gets such bad reviews. Amazing location. The only problem is that they need to do some maintenance. I dunno what is going on with that place is it under new management and they're trying to fix up old stuff or has no one cared for this wonderful piece of history for the last 20 years.
