Nice place in downtown St Pete. It's an older building, so you have to wait a little bit for the hot water in the shower - but they warn you about it.

Old hotel with history but very limited on what they can do without ruining the integrity of its lineage. The price was in line with the deficiencies. Conveniently located to activities and old school charm. Enjoyed and would book again.

The hotel is very conveniently located. It's not the cleanest but I felt it was just right for the money especially for where it sits. It's next to the marina and lots of restaurants and bars. There is something for anyone in this area.

Great location within downtown St. Pete. Everything was walkable and it’s close to restaurants, bars, Jannus live and the pier. Parking isn’t included though, you must go to a parking garage but that isn’t a big issue since it’s in downtown. Cleanliness and facilities could be better but for the price it was worth it. It’s a historical building. Eddie at the front desk was super nice. Will be back for another stay here!

The room was beautiful and roomie and had a kitchenette and a balcony on the corner I couldn’t have asked for anything more… Except the music was playing downstairs and the people next-door were so loud till 3 AM And at 6:30 a marathon race went right by the corner of our hotel lol
