Your perfect getaway, just 30 seconds from the beach! This fully restored 1920s 1-bd/1-ba apartment blends historic charm with modern conveniences. Enjoy a quick stroll to the sandy shores, a 2-minute walk to the King & Prince Hotel, and a 10-minute walk to the village. We provide high-quality bedding, towels, and kitchen supplies. Experience ultimate comfort and an unforgettable 5-star stay, with thoughtful amenities and personalized touches throughout.
The space
Living Area:
Bright and spacious with 12-foot ceilings, comfortable seating, a 55" HDR TV, and a mix of mid-century and art deco decor.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a gas stove, Bosch dishwasher, and LG refrigerator. Shaker-style cabinets and butcher block countertops provide a perfect space for meal preparation.
Bedroom:
Two generously sized bedrooms with cherry wood furniture and a unique wardrobe.
Bathroom: Modern bathroom with a rain shower, backlit mirror vanity, and a transom ceiling window for ventilation.
Outdoor Space:
Enjoy the shared front deck area for morning coffee or evening drinks. The beach is just a one-block walk away, making it easy to return for lunch or a bathroom break.
Amenities: Continuous hot water with tankless natural gas heaters, new AC system, high-quality bedding and linens, beach chairs and towels, and keyless entry.

Secure Access: Stanton B is accessed through a secure upstairs hallway.
Parking: Convenient parking is located in front of the house.
Outdoor Sitting Area: Enjoy a semi-private outdoor sitting area on the large porch, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Private Entrance: The flat’s private entrance is situated on the right side of the upstairs hallway. The hallway includes hooks for hanging beach towels and a seating area for relaxing or putting on shoes.
Keyless Entry: All doors feature keyless locks programmed to your phone number.

Well-Equipped Kitchen: Just bring groceries; use the Harris Teeter app for curb-side pickup. Olive oil, salt, and pepper included.
Bathroom Essentials: Shampoo, shower soap, toilet paper, and a hairdryer provided.
Laundry and Cleaning: Iron and board, detergent, all-purpose cleaner, upholstery cleaner, rags, vacuum, and broom available.
Beach Equipment: Located at the amenities stand on the North side of the house. Chairs and umbrella provided. Please wash the equipment and sandy items when you return from the beach.
Electric Car Charger: Level 1 120v available for charging.
