King's Lighthouse – 3-Story Gem for 18 Guests

Welcome to the stunning World Traveler X 3 Story Estate - a piece of history nestled in the heart of Charlotte Amalie. This 1804 Dutch-inspired home boasts a one-of-a-kind design and is just minutes away from pristine beaches, ferry ports, and taxi services. Conveniently located near main street, you can easily explore the area's famous shops, historic sites, and a variety of dining and entertainment options. The home consists of 4 units and sleeps up to 18 people.

PENTHOUSE:
As you approach the property, you'll be greeted by a picturesque stairway and iron gate leading to the front door. Once inside, be prepared to be amazed by the spectacular views that this unique home has to offer. With three cozy sleeping rooms, including a king and two full beds, and two full baths, there is plenty of space for you and your companions. The kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs.

SUITE #2:
Through the same iron gate that leads to the Penthouse, Suite #2 is immediately to the left once you walk through the gate. This unit has one queen bed, a sofa bed, a full bathroom and full kitchen.

SUITE #3:
The only ground floor unit, the entrance is right in the middle of the front of the home. Open the blue shutter doors to see the front door to the unit. This unit has one queen bed, a sofa bed, a full bathroom and full kitchen.

SUITE #4:
There is another stairway on the other side of the house as well, the gate to Suite #4 is about half way up the stairs. Once you enter through the blue gate, the front door to the unit is immediately to the right. This unit has one queen bed, a sofa bed, a full bathroom and full kitchen.

The 3 Story Estate in Charlotte Amalie is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of adventuring!

If your transportation is having difficulty locating the address, tell them to go to Virgilio's Restaurant, the 3 Story Estate is close by.

While public transportation and taxis are easily accessible along Waterfront Highway (3 minute walk West from the property), exploring the area by foot is highly recommended for a more authentic experience.

Note - Washer only and drying rack available.

There are two cameras on the exterior of the building: one is above the gate to the Penthouse/Unit #2 and the second one is hanging from Unit 4. The entrance to Unit 3 and the road is in view.
HOUSE RULES
- All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
- Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is not Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal
- Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
- NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
- Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM
- There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that's lost and not recoverable.
- No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules

REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Checkout Instructions:

Thank you for staying at our Vacation Rental. Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do:

- Checkout time is 10 AM

- Set the thermostat to 77 degrees Fahrenheit.

- Please leave our coffee, creamer, and sugar in the designated area.

- Leave beds unmade - sheets, blankets, comforter and pillows on the bed - no need to strip the bed! 🙂

- Leave used towels in a pile in the bathtub/shower.

- Log out of all streaming apps you logged into on the televisions.

- Be sure all windows are closed and locked.

- Please be sure the door is locked as you leave - If applicable, place the key in the lock box and scramble the code.
