"Arrived at the hotel I need to be told that the facilities were not available to use the pool was under construction and the entire outside space was a construction site. This was not made clear at time of booking and hugely disappointing hotels also located in a derelict area."

"Upon check-in I was given a room that wasn’t the one I had paid for, when I complained the staff told me that it was valentines weekend so they are very busy, after a while they agreed to move me. I got food poisoning from a room service club sandwich and was very ill for 4 days. The hotel room air con was very noisy and didn’t work very well. The room only had hot water when you left the bath tap and sink tap on for over 5 minutes. The room was only on the 8th floor so this was very odd. I complained about this twice. Overall the hotel room was very worn and the bed I had wasn’t very comfortable. I also found it very odd that I was given a wristband and charged for having a pool lounger with a towel in a 4/5 star hotel! To be fair though the majority of the staff are extremely friendly and nice."

"Very helpful Staffa s good spacious rooms. Only let down is the public bar was hired out to a private function and so other guests were left to use the second restaurant. This restaurant has good staff but because it is too big, hence the ambience is lacklustre in my humble opinion."
