"We had difficulty finding the property, but I think that was the fault of our GPS. It directed us to an area where we could not drive, and I had to find an underground parking and leave the car and walk. However, when I found it, it was on a street which was drivable. I had also chosen the wrong parking which was less convenient and farther away, not knowing that there was a parking directly below the hotel with a discounted rate. I just left the car where I had gone, as it was already parked, and I would have had to pay for entering anyway. Other than that, everything was just great. We loved the location, just steps away from the shopping center, multiple restaurants and just 10 min. from the cathedral, all right in the center of the city. I would definitely stay there again, especially now that I know I can park directly below the hotel."

"Clean and modern hotel. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment. Main downside was that the restaurant and bar were not open when we stayed. A little frustrating after a day driving."

"Hotel looked much better on pictures. Rooms are in need of renovation, especially the doors and bathrooms. AC / clima system didn’t work properly, the room got very hot in the night and there was no possibly to cool down. The fan was only making a loud noise but there was no air actually coming out. Positive part was that the room was clean and water boiler and a Nespresso machine were available. "

"This was perfect for our overnight stay, I’ve stayed here before when it wasn’t a Kyriad. There’s on site parking and a good Chinese restaurant nearby. Breakfast was good and although there’s no kettle in the room, there are vending machines in the lobby. "

"Let's be fair, the hotel is old and some of the carpets are a little tired; but it's very clean, the staff are excellent, the location is good and the pricing very reasonable. Breakfast was first class."
