Clean room, bathroom excellent, staff / owners great, breakfast good, parking - I ended up parking away from the property due to road works and traffic chaos due to water-main leak on the main road.

Parking was great, easy to access, check in was simple and quick. Room was okay, no shaving plug in bathroom to charge toothbrush which for us unfortunately needed charging.
