"Un hôtel très bien situé avec de belles chambres mais on nous a dit sèchement ne pas appliquer la réduction de 20% offerte sur la nourriture alors que cet avantage VIP était bien indiqué sur notre reservation Expedia. Le personnel à la réception n’était pas sympathique du tout. Très étonnant (et décevant…) pour une ville comme Manchester!"
