- Traditional Dalmatian Tavern equipped with a large grill, the tavern is located next to a 40m² heated pool with an integrated jacuzzi – perfect for relaxing after an active day.
- Sports playground – Enjoy the 200m² sports field for football and tennis.
- Under 50-year-old almond trees, enjoy the children's playground in natural shade. There’s also a table tennis setup
- billiards, and dartsfor indoor entertainment.
- Vegetable garden and orchards – Pick fresh seasonal vegetables from our garden, while the house is surrounded by fruit trees and olive groves, completing your peaceful getaway.

- Great connection via highway to cities like Zadar, Split and Šibenik, all rich in UNESCO heritage, as well as the Zadar and Split airports.
- While there are no large supermarkets in the village, you’ll find everything you need within 15 minutes' drive. The village offers small local shops, two bakeries, two butcher shops, cafes, a gas station, and an ATM.
