EMERGENCY NATURE STOP!!! 10 hours in to a year-long road trip we desperately needed to get out of the truck and stretch our legs. 4.5 hours wasn't nearly enough time to explore the Red River Gorge, but we just couldn't resist stopping to get a taste of what this magical place is all about. #adventure

This was taken by first hiking partly to Gray's Arch. There is an offshoot trail, Rough Trail, that leads you out ot a beautiful vista looking north through the Gorge. I pulled out my drone and got a shot straight down because the trees were just exploding with color.
