"Amazing location, just perfect! Exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect, we never had to use the pool (but I did look and it was nice). The cove was protected from the crazy winds happening this week, but had enough to keep it cool. The host had everything you need - bikes, kayaks, beach towels, even sunscreen! We did need to get some soap, but otherwise just perfect. We had an amazing week. We love the quieter north side and will 100% stay here again! "

"Was in great shape, the dock and view are amazing. It’s perfect for photos and watching sunsets. The house is large and fits everyone well. Would be nice if there was a coffee maker and if there was a place to swim in the ocean, there’s no beach on the lot however the location is meant and perfect for a quiet escape and you can ferry to seven mile easily for an amazing beach day."

"Our Stay at Sandy Bottom was amazing. The home is lovely and pretty much anything you needed was provided. The check-in and check-out procedures were simple and seamless. The pool on property was our like having a private pool as we didn’t see anyone else using it during our stay. Setup is great for families with young kids like ours, you can relax while the kids play on the beach or take them to the pool. Starfish point is a short walk, car ride or kayak trip away and the kids saw over 50 starfish while there. Overall great villa, highly recommend. "

So nice having a paddle board and kayak to use at the condo to view all the sea life. Close to Rum Point and local spots. Would definitely stay again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Brithney’s place! Everything from booking to check-in, check-out, and all communication was smooth and easy. The owner responded quickly and had the whole house perfectly prepared for us—she truly thought of every detail. I loved that it was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and cleaning supplies. The home was spotless and ready for our arrival.We love coming to Rum Point and Kaibo, and now we’ve found the perfect host. The stay was peaceful, with beautiful surroundings, restaurants next door, and Rum Point Beach just around the corner with a great bar and restaurant. We will definitely be back!"

"the condo was beautiful we loved it, and we loved the location as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. One teeny tiny nitpick for the owner (and this is just a small suggestion--they could use some hooks outside to hang up wet beachwear and towels to dry). Other than that, it was perfect and we had a great experience. "
