Beautiful Eclectic Villa With Swimming Pool

The villa is a comfortable privately owned two double bedroom modern house with a swimming pool. It is situated on the island of Hvar on the outskirts of Mala Rudina village, just two kilometers away from Stari Grad city.

The house is surrounded with olive groves and positioned in the center of 1350 square meters plot. The interior of the house consists of kitchen with dining area, living room and a toilet on the ground floor. On the exterior part of the ground floor there are garage, utility room and a large terrace with the swimming pool. First floor consists of two double en suite bedrooms with balconies overlooking green scenery and sea between Brač and Hvar islands in the distance.

This property is perfect for ones who cherish peaceful, serene and meditative atmosphere in newly rebuilt comfortable house. Green surroundings and birds songs will surely revive your energy and get your balance back in place.

During the night this fantastic locations offers you an amazing view on thousands of stars and Milky way. There is no light pollution around the house which makes it ideal for stargazing and romantic summer evenings.

If you are looking for a an active holiday or you just want to have fun, the area offers you plenty of possibilities to hike, bike, dive, swim, kayak, trek, run or or similar. You can easily get one of the excursion that Hvar island has to offer.

The house is far enough from all other houses so a little bit of loud music wont be an issue.

Mala Rudina is a historical pittoresque village, it is one of the few law protected ethno eco villages on the island of Hvar. Placed on top of Kabal peninsula, one of the most beautiful islands sites, yet just 500m from the seaside, the village is surrounded stunning nature with traditional Dalmatian stone house architecture in it’s center.

Down at the bottom of 8km long bay lies Stari Grad. It is a town of rich history - Aristotel's contemporery founded by greeks 384 bc. Wider area of Stari Gad is UNESCO world heritage site of great historical significance.

Hvar town is just 10 minutes away by car.

Gemütliches Haus in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage

Ein schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in Rudina, oberhalb von Stari Grad ( 2 km) gelegen ! Zarko , der sehr nette Vermieter hat uns freundlich empfangen. Gekühlte Getränke und ein kleiner Snack standen bereit ! Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist sehr ruhig gelegen ! Eine einsame Bucht c.a. 1 km mit dem Auto entfernt ! 2 km und man ist in Stari Grad am Hafen, in der Altstadt mit kleinen Gassen und schönen Restaurants! Sucht man Ruhe, aber auch die Möglichkeit , um zu shoppen oder nett essen zu gehen , so ist man hier genau richtig ! Der Studenac Supermarkt ist sehr gut sortiert ! Möchte man mehr Auswahl , dann ist der Plodine Supermarkt in Jelsa zu empfehlen ! Wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter👍 Es ist zu erwähnen, das es in diesem Haus keinen TV gibt , was wir bei der Buchung nicht erlesen hatten. Aber unseren Kindern und uns hat dies überhaupt nicht gestört ! Wir haben nichts vermisst , an diesem wunderbaren Ort !

Great stay

We had a great stay at Mai’s Villa. Beautiful secluded area with a lovely terrace and a nice pool. We missed a fan in the livingroom and an additional sofa. But thats it, everything else was perfect. :) Stari Grad close by is such a lovely place. And go visit Vaiana Beach Club a Bay also very close by.

Peaceful and comfortable property

We had a great week staying in this property. It was a good base to explore the many beautiful harbours and beaches on the island of Hvar, whilst being in a secluded, rural spot to get away from the crowds and enjoy the local fauna and flora. The property had everything we needed and the air con in the bedrooms was much appreciated! You will need a car to get to get around. Stari Grad is just 5 mins away and is a very nice small harbour with plenty of good places to eat.

Blissful

If you want peace and tranquillity, this is the perfect Villa. The Villa is extremely well equipped. The Bedrooms both have air conditioning and superb bathrooms, the location is amazing. The Sunsets from the Balcony are something to behold. Starri Grad was a 5 minute drive away and has a really good vibe with plenty of good Restaurants, very chilled. Zarko our host was always on hand and really helpful, such a friendly Guy.

Beautiful villa in a great location close to Stari Grad. Very friendly host

Thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful villa. It has everything you would need. Location is great - around 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive down into Stari Grad which was our favourite town on the island. The host Zarko was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
