Beautiful Villa Jewel is located on the island of Hvar, in the largest village on the island, the village of Vrbanj. Villa Jewel was built in 2019 in a rustic style, and offers guests 140 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 450 m2. It is 4 km away from the nearest sea and pebble beach, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the clear and clean Adriatic Sea together with family or a group of friends. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 and optimally 6 people.
The villa consists of ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor you will be greeted by a spacious living room that includes a sofa, two armchairs, a table and a TV. Next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen where you will prepare meals for the whole family. The kitchen leads directly to the outdoor terrace where there is an outdoor dining table, swimming pool of 30 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m, and next to it are 4 sun loungers. On the terrace there is a gas grill where you can prepare delicious fish or meat dishes.
On the upper floor of Villa Jewel there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, while the other has one double bed, and there are two ensuite bathrooms with shower.
The third bedroom is located in the additional part of the villa, and has another double bed and a bathroom.
Additional facilities in the villa are a washing machine, iron, and there is a separate toilet. Also, if necessary, 2 armchairs and 1 sofa bed can be used as an extra bed.
There are 2 private parking spaces available, and the villa is fully fenced.
