"Outdated hotel. Booked my room 4+ months in advance and was called the day of check in and informed they overbooked the room I booked and that I would need to change my booking to two rooms for my family. Thankfully I argued and was able to be given the room I originally booked but someone else was made to shuffle their rooms. "

"Hot tub wasn't working, bedside lamps didn't work and toilet leaked"

"No reservation when we arrived. Expaedia system errored and booked us a day later. I had to reserve again on the spot. Thank goodness I insured the initial booking. Cancelled it. Color scheme was dingy and older. A bug crawled on my adult son who was our driver. Our room was quite aways down the hallway. Quite a walk for two elders."

"Room was clean and as advertised. Building is old and bathroom is very small. TV was a bit of a challenge to figure out as nothing was connected. ( wifi, had to load basic tv and streaming ) "

"I loved the space. Very well appointed and cozy. I had everything that I needed. Kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable. Very close to downtown- 5 minute drive maximum. Would definitely stay again. "

"Quick one night stay for my partner and I. It was a cozy clean space for us. The check in was extremely smooth and had easy access for us. We enjoyed the big tv for a lazy evening movie night before our bigger trip later in the weekend. Fantastic host and left us the coolest welcome photo! If we ever come through Williams lake again we would hopefully stay here again! "
