Nice place but disappointing service.

A sleepover on our way to Austria. Booked the same day. The room was really good and a bit luxury. It was difficult to reach the place by phone. We didnt get any breakfasts, they turned up 7:50 and it would take another 30 min to get ready. We left with a discount, delay and no breakfast.

Auf unserer Rückreise vom Sommerurlaub haben wir im Gut Wissmannshof übernachtet – und es war ein Volltreffer! Wir bekamen einen traumhaften Platz im Restaurant mit toller Aussicht und spannender Landschaftserklärung. Das Essen war frisch und lecker, der Service herzlich und aufmerksam – und das ganz ohne, dass jemand von unserem 34. Hochzeitstag wusste. Hier wird offenbar jeder Gast so behandelt! Dazu noch ein schönes Zimmer mit Sonnenuntergang – absolut empfehlenswert! 🌅✨ Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Et besøg værd

Dejligt sted med skøn beliggenhed uden for Kassel, med gode udflugts muligheder til Harzen området og selvfølgelig selve Kassel. Alle gode bekvemmeligheder på hotellet og værelserne flotte og vedligeholdte. God service fra personalet i Hotellet og på den tilhørende restaurant som i øvrigt var ok med fin variation på spisekortet.

Fantastiskt dålig städning av rummet, vi var där fem dagar och tyvärr så är menyn för liten för mer än tre dagar, frukosten var väldigt bra i övrigt så behöver detta hotellet växla upp. Golfbanan var trevlig och i ett hyggligt skick.

Hervorragender Empfang und wir waren sehr positiv von unserem Zimmer überrascht. Der Ausblick auf die Driving Range war wunderschön und der Blick bis nach Kassel atemberaubend. Ganz besonders hat uns in unserem Zimmer auch die Lounge in unserer ganz eigenen zweiten Etage im Zimmer fasziniert! Ein kleiner Abzug kann jedoch nicht verschwiegen werden, unser Duschgestänge war total lose und das Wasser spritzte unkontrolliert aus der Duschamatur in alle Richtungen. Das Wasser in der riesigen Dusche floss nicht ab und verteilte sich im kompletten Bad. Dies wurde aber vom Personal unverzüglich behoben. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir gerne essen und trinken. Eine Hochzeitsfeier hat uns allerdings eine nicht ganz so leise Nacht beschert. Insgesamt können wir dieses super schöne Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen!

The room and facilities were top shelf! Lots of space in the room and I loved the balcony. The washroom was clean and spacious. Very quiet and the golf course looked amazing (too bad we couldn’t play!). The location was out of town but access to the City was easy. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were excellent and helpful. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.
