Family friendly 2 bed/2 bath condo with W/D in unit. 1 car heated garage. Centrally located 1 mile from Steamboat ski area and 3 miles from downtown . On free bus route and close to bike trails. Easily access all that Steamboat has to offer year round! Washer/dryer in unit, Upper level unit means no one above you! Community hot tub, open space and playground just steps outside this corner unit. Enjoy views of the Mt. Werner and the gondola from the deck with a grill. Heated floors in mud room.
King bed in primary bedroom and queen bed under twin bed in second bedroom.
Additional pull out sofa in living room. Master has private bath and walk-in closet. Games available for family entertainment. Free Wi-fi.
