"We loved our stay! Our favorite places were the front porch and sitting around the campfire. The beds are super comfortable. The view was spectacular. The road/driveway is steep (as advertised) but was actually fun to drive with AWD/ 4x4. My 19 y.o. was able to drive it with just a little encouragement to keep her foot on the gas! "
"Charming, secluded cabin, conveniently located just off highway 28. Everything was clean and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints about the home.
My only non-5-star thought concerns the somewhat rustic gravel road that connects Lower Tuskegee Rd to the nicely paved approach and driveway. It's not a big deal for me personally. I just wasn't expecting it. If you're staying here with a high performance, low ground clearance kind of vehicle, just be aware that, albeit relatively short, a gravel road is involved. "

"Beautiful cabin with stunning views! It is a very steep gravel road up to the cabin so AWD is a must. Enjoyed being able to disconnect from the world and just enjoy the sounds of nature while having all the modern amenities."
"The vibe is cabin. It's well cared for and it was clean. and Aimee was very communitive. The only difficulty as Aimee says in the listing is getting up the short driveway. I have AWD and a locking differential I engaged and I had to give it gas to get up the short hill. Otherwise, the overall experience was great. "

"Wonderful location! Host communicated exceptionally! 20 minutes to Robbinsville and 20 minutes to Fontana Village so perfect location for us! Would 100% stay here again!"
"The house accommodated our party of 5 adults nicely. With the exception of hair dryers and a strong Internet signal, the property had everything we needed during our stay. It definitely could use some and updating, but the hosts are very accommodating and the new appliances were great. We were riding motorcycles and definitely appreciated the garage for storage and parking. I have to disagree with a previous review that the gravel driveway was no issue. For fully packed, heavy touring bikes with passengers, it was less than desirable. I hope the owner considers concreting at least the tighter turn. The rest was manageable."
