Crater Lake Resort

8/10 Good
"You are in an area where nature is everywhere. Expect peaceful surroundings and quiet nights. This place is close to Crater Lake National Park south entrance . Phone service is not great in park or areas around the park if you needed to stay connected I would recommend Starlink."

"I had a room in the Lodge which was fairly clean; there was no elevator and I was on the second floor. The top step on the stairs was pitched forward and I was grateful for the handrail! It took several trips to get everything up the steep flight of stairs. There is a very good Mom & Pop restaurant across the street (open 8 am - 7 pm) that provided excellent food for decent prices, and your receipt gave you 10% off in the Lodge gift shop. I could not find the heat setting for the room. Fortunately, as soon as I shut off the ceiling fan and closed the window, the room warmed up to a comfortable temperature and there was an extra blanket for the bed which enabled me to sleep comfortably. The shared bathrooms were clean and I had a sink in my room; there were plenty of towels. Also had a microwave and fridge."

The Cascade Mountain-View Retreat

The Cascade Mountain-View Retreat

10/10 Excellent
"First of all the place was one of the my favorite VRBOs I've stayed in. It was very well appointed. We had pretty much everything we needed for cooking, including oil and spices It was very nicely decorated with comfortable seating and eating. The porches were a bonus! The view is amazing in all directions. Wonderful stars. It was close to the Crater Lake (about 20 minutes or so to the west side of the rim) and I don't think I saw a better location to stay on the SW side of the park . One thing to be aware of is that food options nearby are limited. there's a very nice organic market about 200 yards away. It's small, with a limited selection. I advise bringing most of your own food with you because dining and shopping within 25 minutes or so are few. All in all an excellent place that I hope to return to. The pic is late afternoon to the west from the porch.."

"Our stay at Hattie's was Great! The house was very clean and quiet. The location was fantastic and truly felt like our own little hideout tucked away from everything. It is very close to Crater lake and was a perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking. Our host Leah was fun, friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book Hattie's again the next time we are in the area."

Pet-Friendly House w/ Deck: Near Crater Lake!

10/10 Excellent
"This is a beautiful property and we had a great guest experience. There were 16 of us. Lots of room both indoors and out! We spent most of our time outside on the amazing porch. There were plenty of outdoor chairs, horseshoes, a fire pit with benches, an outdoor grill, a creek…. Also tons of room for cornhole and parking. Perfect for our outdoor family. We also very much appreciated all of the kitchen appliances and supplies that were available. Close to Crater Lake, which is stunning. We also went to the Museum nearby and learned a few things!"
