"My room wasnt cleaned for 3 days. I had to ask to have the garbage removed. No care in cleanliness. Hallway carpets covered in crumbs, chips. A salad was dropped by the elevator. Took 24 hours to pick some of it up, after I asked them. Front desk staff not overly welcoming. They sit behind the counter, no interaction with guests coming in and out. It seemed like an inconvenience when I had a question. The housekeeping staff were friendly, but were not attentive to the rooms needs. The pool was great. Towels were stocked, and the deck area clean. The breakfast buffet was good. Great attendant/staff always refilling the food and cleaning. Property is not close to any restaurants or shopping. You would need to drive to get anything. I did get an early check in, which was appreciated. Overall, Id rate this property as a 6/10"

"I would never book anything with this company, as they wouldn't honor a refund, even when I had basically proven it was done fraudulently. Right after it was done and before check in time "

"Property is managed well overall: clean, relatively calm/quiet, and all of the staff I met were exceptionally kind and attentive! Would highly recommend for both short and long term stays. "

"Disappointed- The property had a large sized recent fire that affected the hot water. No hot water for showers for almost all the rooms. The jacuzzi never warmed up. Staff kept saying it was working but we tried several times. We were told they would move us in the morning if the hot water still wasn’t working. It wasn’t. We insisted on moving rooms. Several people stayed in rooms with cold showers. Later that night, someone tried to open the door while we slept with a key. Very chaotic. "

"This motel/hotel is fun to visit and the oatmeal bar is great. The online advertising talks about available menu items but during my stay it was hit and miss whether they have ingredients to make them. Local wines and beer are available always. Good value for the price."

"Breakfast was more than ample to start the day. Great coffee! Room was clean, beds confortable & pillows soft. The location perfect with Sun Link Metro across the street (free) short distance to Historic Downtown & University of Arizona campus with assorted restaurants."

"The pictures of the property online are very deceiving. Smells like smoke, room smells like chemicals, holes in the blankets, sketchy people, oh and people doing drugs in the stair well. The only thing I liked about this place was the staff, the were nice and understanding."
