"The room is quiet and clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is helpful and friendly. There’s water and fruit in the lobby, and a very good coffee shop right next door (though there is coffee in the room as well). We’ve stayed here twice. No complaints."

"I booked on Expedia which advertised a pool.... we drove almost 2 hours from home to have a nice weekend on the river with a hotel pool for my kiddos birthday. We show up and there is no pool. The front desks said that Expedia did not take down the pool in their ad and "they have asked for it to be taken off". I feel this is very misleading and we cancelled for this reason. We received a quick refund but it was 4 hours of driving, upset kids and a big waste of gas for no reason."
