Perfectly placed for a flying visit to meet family. A budget hotel with a big hotel feel. Great access from railway station. Staff were lovely as was the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

As I booked a twin room by acceident we had to move the bed to make a double wss very dusty and rubbish under the beds but oberall was a great stay very welcoming and the breakfast wss lovely

I've found my stay at the hotel pleasant. The receptionist was courteous. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I will be happy to be back at the hotel should I need to come back to Stevenage.

Good hotel

Really good stay, rooms are comfortable, shower is brilliant! Only downside was breakfast, there were issues with the ovens so food was very slow to be replenished, no pastries and minimal hot food. Overall, would stay again

Clean hotel. Nowhere near enough staff for the number of guests. Breakfast items run out and took a while to replenish. Felt sorry for the 1 person on reception and the poor girl trying her best to keep the breakfast replenished. Parking very poor. Nothing wrong with the hotel just not enough staff
